I just purchased this app and unfortunately it keeps freezing up I have the 6 month membership. Hopefully works ok on my wedding day.
Not clear that you have to pay
I got this app because they made it look like it was free but after only having 22 photos uploaded, they asked me to upgrade my membership and I could no longer view the pictures. I tried to download them, but that also did not work. Waste of time. I wish I got a different app for my wedding because now I may never get my pictures.

They only allow 40 photos for free then they make you pay before you can even look at the 40 that we uploaded.
No help available
Many problems with creating albums, organising photos… very difficult to get through to request help. Tried multiple ways via email, instagram… is there just one person available only? Paid for a service which doesn’t delivery to package it describes…
Resolved situation
Had a situation but it was resolved. So far really happy with app. Wedding next week - can’t wait to use the app!
Does not work
The app doesn’t work. Guests can’t upload photos. I emailed customer service multiple times. They stopped replying. Emailed a third time and they said my “service ticket got lost”. They saw that the app didn’t work for me but that only Apple can refund and I have to go through them. Apple declined the refund. I have contacted them for a fourth time letting them know the product does not work and I need a refund.

Wedding pics swap and shar
Brilliant!!! Haven’t come across this service before, such a good idea. We get to see hundreds of photos instead of the few we took!!
Does the job
This App does what it says on the tin, there are software bugs here and there , but they don’t stop you doing what you want to do. Be careful in selecting the package that you actually want, which really boils down how long do you want the photos available for and do you want videos uploaded/shared or not ? Support unfortunately just isn’t there if you happen to opt for the wrong option and want to change, you’ll get a ticket, you can even phone them and speak to them, but I gave up trying to get a response, shame!!

Just a rant!
Up loading photos, after the event, via the website just got nowhere. Had to use the app. The app doesn’t use words like ‘upload’ etc. it has a blue circle with a white cross.
Good idea, lots of bugs to fix
Good principle, but a heap of bugs! When you tap on an uploaded photo to view it, it opens the first image in the album and you have to scroll through till you get the one you tapped on; the Sort By option makes no difference to the order the images are listed in; you can’t upload videos….
Cost
APP fine but watch out for the £30-40 sting once your guests are uploading and you reach max amount (85?)!!!!

Sad User Interface
The first failure: when any square is tapped, the first photo appears - rather than the photo that was tapped - requiring you to move one at a time through the collection. If you want to see the 60th full-size photo, you have start out with the first one, then the second one, etc. It takes a long time to get to the 60th one. Think about the 200th one!
The next failure: there is no way to download more than one photo at a time on a mobile device. Maybe it could be limited to a specific number, but it’s silly to require a laptop or desktop in this age.

Poor App
I recently downloaded the app for my wedding last Friday, the upgrade through the app hasn’t registered and I no longer have access to my account for guests to add photos.
Creating albums was also poor on the app as you can’t see any text you type. Someone needs to send a new version out soon

Loved seeing all our guests photos!
We got married in October and the weather wasn’t great which meant our professional photos were limited, so loved seeing all our guests photos too. I can’t believe we would have missed them without an app like this! We’ve even bought a few prints of them too!
Awful
Only got two people to upload picture and won’t let me download any of them without paying £21. Awful - do not waste your time!

This is so cool!
I am really excited about this app & how it will easily allow us to pick & choose from all of the pics that friends & family will be taking. Also, to be able to look at the pictures live at the event is great!
