App won’t open
All of a sudden the app won’t open, or it does but doesn’t allow me to edit existing events. We rely on this app for our wedding budget.
App deleted all of my account and details 4 months before my wedding!
I downloaded the app 12 months before getting married. I loved it, I set up our entire budget and tracked every deposit I paid. Now 4 months before the wedding, all of a sudden my entire account is gone, all of my planning is gone.
Don’t waste your time!
Less than 3 weeks before my wedding and I’ve come into the app to get my final numbers for catering, my entire guest list is gone. Over 100 people I individually added and their dietary requirements/responses yes or no. Really disappointed that this has happened and now I have to start from scratch to write my guest list and figure out who was yes and no and who has dietary requirements. Not what I want to be dealing with 3 weeks out when I have to give final numbers tonight catering tonight. Worst thing is I can’t find anywhere on the app to contact a support team to try help. Won’t be using this again and won’t be recommending this app to anyone.

Verwirrend
Leider ist die App sehr verwirrend. Um die Tische zu planen muss man die PRO Version abonnieren für 2,99€ im Monat. Naja habe ich gemacht weil 2,99€ Schaden nicht. Aber dann ist mir aufgefallen das ich für jeden Gast eine Handy Nummer oder E-Mail angeben muss damit ich diese in Gruppen und tische aufteilen kann.. habe ich dann aber auch gemacht. Dann bei der Tischordnung habe ich ein Tisch erstellt mit Cousinen und Cousins und dann tauchen die Namen wieder auf der „nicht sitzende Gäste“ auf.. super verwirrend und umständlich mit der Handynummer. (Man kann diese auch direkt von den Kontakten importieren, aber ich verstehe nicht den Grund warum man das eingeben soll..) der eine Stern ist nur dafür weil die App hübsch und aufgeräumt aussieht. Werde die App jetzt löschen und nach einer anderen suchen.

The app crashed
After I spent an hour adding the guests the app crashed and now it won't open. Would be useful if it worked.
Verbesserungsfähig
An sich Ziemlich gut. Hat auch bereits viele Optionen, dennoch finde ich die Email Funktion nicht so gut, denn wir haben überwiegend nur die Handynummern von unseren Hochzeitsgästen. Wenn wir jedoch auf die teilen Funktion klicken, um die Einladung über eine andere App zu versenden, passiert nicht. Also ist die Funktion unnötig. Eventuell könnt ihr den Bug fixen. Aber ansonsten eine gute Idee. Ich hoffe ihr fixt das ZEitnah, sodass wir die App für unsere Gäste weiter nutzen können bis zur unserer Hocbzeit am 25.09.2026. Ebenfalls wäre es toll, wenn die Email die versendet wird auch eventuell als pdf gespeichert werden könnte und man die Einladung dann über die Apps so in dem Stil versenden könnte. Gemeinsam mit dem Code und der Info wie man sich anmelden kann als Gast

Hilfreich
War super für eine Übersicht, sodass nichts vergessen wird. Ein Stern Abzug: Wedbox wird empfohlen um Bilder und Videos mit der Familie zu teilen. Die App kostet 50€ und ist Müll, hört auf für sowas zu werben.

Update deleted all my info
The new update deleted all my guests information. Now I have to ask for everybody’s addresses again to send out invites.
All the guest list deleted!
I have used this app to organise our wedding and once I opened the app to add some guests and the guests list including 100 people was completely gone! I have written to the support team and still I haven’t heard back!

Rechtschreibfehler in der App, Gästeliste komplett gelöscht, App hängt sich auf.

Ничего не понятно, но очень интересно
После полной регистрации отображается просто пустой лист с двумя вкладками «добавить мероприятие по id” и «создать новое мероприятие». Нужно перезайти заново, чтобы была возможность зайти в уже созданное мероприятие. Из плюсов: появляется таймер с обратным отсчетом и соответственно расписанные по месяцам необходимые подготовительные работы. Из минусов: все на английском и не всегда понятно.

Alle Daten weg
Ich musste mich eben neu einloggen und nun sind all meine Daten sind weg.
Muss nun 140 Gäste und alle abgearbeitet und selbst eingetragenen Aufgaben neu einstellen.
Somit verschafft mir diese App keine Erleichterung, sondern die doppelte und dreifache Arbeit.

Won’t let me use the app
I’ve tried signing up with my email, and I’m not receiving a code no matter how many times I resend it, I’ve checked my email was right and it was.
Then I tried signing up through Facebook but was told the feature wasn’t available to sign up with Facebook after logging in.

Glorified Notepad
I thought this app would allow you to plan your wedding with venues, extras etc but it’s just manual entry, I could list my guests and gather the pricing for services on my own and add them to my notepad app. This app isn’t useful in my opinion.

LOST EVERYTHING!
Loved this app until recently. Wouldn’t load, couldn’t open for several days now everything is completely gone I’m so gutted and upset!
Occasional issues.
Overall a great app.
I have been having a repetitive issue where the app will all of a sudden start giving me ‘server error’ and only loading up what I assume is connected to the coding where everything is ‘global_my_’ and then either ‘wedding’ or ‘event’ but I can’t access my event at all.
This is disheartening as I have only been using this planner for my wedding which is quickly approaching in September… without it I am at a loss, which is partially on me for having so much faith in tech… I’ve tried to report the issue but I can’t get anywhere on the apple support website to get that done. I am hoping this bug/issue is resolved soon, as this is the second time in less than 4 months this has happened
