It was a beautiful country Wedding. The band was great they played what ever you wanted to hear. Food was good along with the beer. Had a good time just a little sore the next day from dancing too much. Well done!

Did not work day of the wedding
We tried using this app. Tested it and it worked. And the day of the wedding it did not work with the QR codes. Even I tried it. Kind of disappointing that we couldn’t get a lot of the pictures easily shared. Don’t even know if people will share.
The QR code doesn’t work.
I made papers telling my guests to use the QR code to share their photos. It doesn’t open the app (which I have installed). It opens google and enters a code into google search, not a link. I don’t even think my young adult guests to figure it out let alone my older guests who are not as tech savvy.

Do not use WeddingWire/The Knot. They support the vendor who pays them - unethical
WeddingWire takes down reviews. I submitted multiple forms of proof regarding my poor experience with a photographer they recommended. However, they string you along by continuing to ask for more information. They are paid for by the vendors. Do not trust to plan your wedding or your wedding will be ruined.

The idea of it is really nice, but the fact that you can’t just go from the wedding website and you have to have a QR code and the other code to put in is stupid. We had a whole issue at my wedding from this. You have to actually download the app and I know that android phones have been having a problem with that at least from what I’ve seen. It is nice when it works.

This is by far the best app to assist with our journey on getting married

Same error message over and over no matter what I do. Keeps saying “something went wrong “ but doesn’t say what It was! No help section on the app. Says It sent an email for password reset but never did. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still nothing!

QR code doesn’t work
I was so excited to use the app but I tested out the QR code and it doesn’t work. Not worth your time.
Duplicate pictures
If you accidentally upload duplicate pictures, there isn’t a way to delete them and i tried uploading a video and it still is spinning and hasn’t uploaded to the app even after 2 days of trying and there is no way to retract it to stop it. There should be a way to edit or retract pictures or videos that are uploaded or uploading. Other than that the app is ok, tried uploading another shorter video and that’s no loading either. If the issue of being able to delete duplicate pictures and being able to upload videos was fixed it would be a great app

The QR code for sharing the album doesn’t work.
We’re trying to use this for our upcoming wedding and the QR code does not function. It takes you to a google search…nothing more.
QR Code doesn’t work
I just down loaded this app. Hoped to copy the QR code to a card for my guest to scan. But the QR code doesn’t open a link to the app. I hope they fix this bug before my wedding. Everything else seems easy to use

Not user friendly at all! I’m supposed to be able to access brides information as her matron of honor and all I can find is the album section
I almost thought you couldn’t upload photos.
I almost gave this app 1 star. For some reason you have to act like you’re going to take a picture with the app in order to be able to upload pictures. The settings option to enable access to your photos doesn’t even show up until you pretend to take a picture. I was convinced it couldn’t be done.

Can’t use site
After I set up my account it would no longer let me log in some sort of error
Wedding wire difficult to use
Both wedding and wire and it’s photo app are NOT user friendly
QR code doesn’t work
It says to give QR code to guests to scan and join the album but scanning results in an error page in the browser.
