Not quite there yet
We used Wedivite for our wedding to try something different from sending out physical invites. The platform is just not quite there yet in terms of ease of use and options. For example, if someone declines an invite, the email notif you get is the same as an rsvp. The tools for customizing the website were a nightmare to use. I realize they probably just ran out of funding, but hopefully someone else will come up with a better product.

I dunno if this App actually works
I have downloaded this app. Registered everything but when I wanted to log in the app never logs me in. I can use on the web with my iPad and iPhone. But when I want to log in this app from both my iPad and iPhone it won’t let me. It just says can’t connect to mother ship and if I am on internet? Which I am on WiFi. So I dunno, I like that it’s simple to use and all but I wish this app actually works. So I can start inviting guest to my event.

Yay Wedivite!
I love this app! I found it as I was browsing through Pinterest ideas for email invitations.
Even though there’s not a bunch of options and colors to choose from, the app is free! It’s so simple and easy to use!

Fun & easy to use!
Wedivite is a fun and easy to use app for couples. Sending online invitations is a breeze. There are helpful features, like song suggestions and invitation music. The future is here!
Too few features and poor usability
1) the app is only for the spouses, not the guests. It took me a while to realize that.
2) Guests can only interact through a very basic, non-customizable website that isn't mobile-friendly. All guests, especially those on mobile devices will click the only large button on the screen "add to google calendar," and think they've RSVPd.
3) photo upload is even more difficult. If you want all guests to be able to easily upload pics of your special day, this is not the website for you.
The app simply isn't ready for prime time, but perhaps in a couple more versions (though too late for us), they might have something worth using.

Read the fine print
Decided to delete the app without trying after I read the terms and conditions. You're guest list can be used for 3rd party advertising uck. Not sure how or if it's actually used but not interesting in subjecting my guests to this.
I like this app
It's easy to use and fun. The more I use this app the more I love it. I copied and pasted our wedding invitation URL in text messages because I don't know everyone's email addresses; they click the link and RSVP. They can suggest songs, send a greeting, make special requests. It's so organized that now I have a list of people coming the our wedding. The best part is I can even export it to excel.

Move over old fashioned guestbook, this was so legit on our wedding day. My husband is a huge analytics guy and loved looking at the numbers update, couldn't even get mad at him for being on the phone.

Our friends give us a lot of crap for having way too much technology in the house, so naturally we are using this for invites to our upcoming wedding!

This program makes invitations for your wedding so easy! Forget wasting time, energy and money… This is practical and accessible. I wish it had a few more options to customize invites but for a free program it is great and that app makes it super simple to check who has a RSVPed.
