Disappointment
I purchased the “PRO” service, which was advertised as a lifetime plan requiring a one-time payment, with benefits that I was able to use until recently (such as being able to enter appointments on previous or future days).
Now you are trying to force me to purchase the “PREMIUM” service, while taking away benefits that I had already paid for. This is absolutely unacceptable!
I want to access the schedule with the same freedom I had before. I will not pay for the “PREMIUM” service. I already paid for the “PRO” service, which gave me full access to these features, and now those benefits are being taken away from me.
If I am no longer able to use the service as it was originally offered, I will cancel my subscription to your app and request a full refund of the amount I paid.

Пользовалась, все нравилось. А сейчас обновили премиум так, что даже свои старые записи не прочитать, потому что вся страница - блюр. Зачем нужно было блюрить все старые записи и указывать, что страница только для чтения, если ничего не видно даже, в ином случае покупайте премиум….
