他の方も書いてらっしゃるがログアウトが早すぎる。予約する度、乗車する度にログインを求めれ非常に煩雑である。

通知なしの高額請求

鍵を閉めたつもりが閉められていない状態が数時間続いてしまい、通知も来ないので気づくことができずに高額請求になりました。鍵が閉まったと思い込んでしまう事があると思うので、延長してる際には通知機能をつけてください。

最悪です

アプリの使い勝手が悪すぎ。他のシェアカー会社のアプリをベンチマークして欲しい。最低レベルです。
またシェアカーの運営ノウハウがないからなのか、様々な対応が遅い上に質が悪い。
マンションの管理組合にweevサービスから他シェアカーサービスへの切り替えを提案しています。色々不満がありすぎてもう使いたくないです。

うーーんて感じです。

マンションについている為月2.3回使用しますが、接続不良などのプチトラブルが多かったり、別の住人が充電し忘れなどのトラブルがあると利用再開まで2週間程度かかったり対応が鬼のように遅いのは改善が必要だと思います。前回も利用時間になって使えなく、こちらでキャンセルしときますのみ、1.2営業日で対応出来ると思いますが出来ないもんなんですかね。そんな安くは無いのでマンションについてるとこだけで利用してます。またスタッフが対応出来ないならタイムズのように洗車カードつけるなどもっと対応方法考えた方が良いと思います。利用可能クーポンとか書いてありますけど、普段使いで貰える特典等無いですし利用させて頂いてるって気持ちにはなりづらいですね。
