Synchronizing request-Vantage
Could you add the synchronizing option for the Vantage? So I could sync the calendar to my personal calendar.

Update 2.0 otherwise known as the most pointless update ever.
Still after 5-6 years of urging wegmans upper management to allow employees to view their schedule and paychecks in app and nothing can be done apparently. Why even use the app if I’m just taken to the website?
2.0 is amazing!
So much easier to access the app and my schedule now! Everything is in the app and it doesn’t redirect you to your internet browser like before, instead opening a separate browser in the app. Great job

The Dish has been extremely helpful in keeping us connected with what’s going on around the entire company. Intuitive features and designed with the employee experience in mind!

Frustrating And Annoying to use
This app needs some really big changes and updates. It constantly ask you to re- login even after you’ve told it to remember your device. It acts more like a website than an app which defeats the purpose of having an employee app because everything in the app takes you to the website which is super frustrating and annoying. It takes you to the website which makes you log in again after already being logged into the app. Checking your schedule is a pain. I’ve been trying to log into my app (after it has already taken my Face ID) to see my schedule and it won’t take my password even though it is correct. So I had to check my schedule on my laptop which is EXTREMELY frustrating and EXTREMELY annoying and inconvenient.

Hard to use
This is just a link to your schedule it makes it harder to use and loads slowly and does keep you logged and always takes you to another website to get your schedule it’s all the 3rd parities this app uses that makes it hard to sue and confusing and not straight. Forward

Why isn’t everything on the app?
The app redirects me to safari for almost everything, what’s the point of having an app take up space on my phone when it just redirects me to safari? Since the update to vantage, I can’t just use safari on my phone to view my schedule, which I used to do with labor pro since I noticed this same problem when the app was launched. I deleted the app and had to redownload it for the new scheduling system, but I do not like using an app that redirects me to Safari. What’s the point of this taking up memory on my phone if it does that? This was a problem since the launch of this app, I’m surprised if was not fixed.

Not worth the time
You go through the multi step process of logging into The Dish. You click Vantage and then have to go through another login process. For all the hoopla to use this app I would have thought it would have been a little easier to access. I will stick the paper schedules to keep track of my time.

Can no longer access schedule
As we all know, when trying to access your schedule, it redirects you to safari for iPhone users. Well, officially as of today, for me at least, when it redirects me, the links are messed up and now I can’t log in at all. A white page pops up and when I go to reload it says the URL was rejected. So I think I’m just going to delete the app and unfortunately I’ll just have to access vantage at work only which is a major disappointment and disadvantage as well.

STILL not an actual app.
4 years later and we’re still using a workaround to get to our own browser. you aren’t actually viewing your schedule through this app btw. it’s just guiding you to your browser and forcing account authentication because it recognizes a login through your personal device. it tracks your identity to prove that it’s you, that’s why you can’t login through a browser without this app. invasion of privacy & false advertising. i’ll view my work information at work instead of inviting corporate entities onto my personal device. what a joke

Redirect/ sign in/ fail.
Everything I want to do: check laborpro, benefits, payslip, time off, etc…. requires a redirect through the internet- that fails to log me in- or needs me to log in again there. I’m better off doing this online or waiting to check these things at the store. Just about all the things you want to do should be attached to the app and open in the app, not a redirect fail because you aren't using the right browser, or your vpn is on. I deleted this thing about 10sec after the first roll out because the download interest needed to be high for a positive look, but I re-downloaded it because of storm information, which I am in contact about that anyways. Until I need to check storm information again I will delete this app again and re-download it then, because it has little value to me other than that.

Disappointed
The app breaks down too much and half the time I can’t even see my schedule on laborpro. Also the endless safari tabs are pissing me off.
Why couldn’t they just put everything inside the app instead of getting redirected to other links in safari?

Still awful.
This is still the worst app I’ve ever used. To force us to download an app that just opens browsers within the app is illogical and a waste of time. Please actually update this app to be useful.
Needs improvement
Terrible. All it does is take you to the website. It’s faster to just log onto the website.
