Waste of time
This app is a waste of time. You’ll go through a process to obtain work then it just emails you to let you know it has too many lookers already; and will not be processing you further. Give us a heads up so we aren’t waiting trying to gain employment when you don’t even have it to offer. Seems like a startup that’s following the dollars of insurance. People making money off people, by having other people do the work for a fraction of pay.

Great App could use a few tweaks
This app is good for making a little side money here and there. Don’t quit your day job, but if you’re looking for some fun money, it’s the way to go as long as you follow the directions closely. It’s totally legit and you do get paid. The most frustrating thing is there’s no ability to see all of the jobs clustered on a map in a particular area. Instead all jobs are on a long list and it shows the town and you have to click in and out of each job to figure out where they each are located. If you intend to cluster several in a particular area, this presents a challenge because they cannot be viewed together on a map like most other apps. The other issue you may run into is challenges coordinating the scheduling of the job with whoever you’re working with. That could be a private individual or it could be a business. Finally, they require that you provide a cell phone number which is used to send incessant texts about every job in the area with no way to manage the frequency or timing of those texts. Today I received about 75 text messages about jobs Some of which are 45 minutes or so away and frankly not worth the drive. I find that annoying. Sometimes they will also call you as well about nearby ones. Some of the jobs are a hassle because there can be complications and a “long story” which present barriers to completing the job. Many of the auto insurance claim jobs seem to be a result of previous failed attempts by the customer or another contractor. Sometimes the vehicle is no longer available, has been sold, the claim is rescinded, etc. so be prepared for the unexpected. However, overall, it works well and is a nice means of some modest side money.

Useless
At all. This app is just a waste of space in my phone now. I don’t think I’ve seen a look on here since 2023- heavily populated area I’ve even extended the reach all the way out to Chicago and still nothing

Registration . I have Iphone with ios Ukrainian language, and when I add address the system change address to Ukrainian language.Honolulu,Hawaii,USA-> Honolulu Гаваі, США. And I cant do registration

Fix Request
I use a selfie stick and a remote Bluetooth shutter release to take pictures if possible. The problem is it doesn’t work with this application. Please fix this if you can. I’ve checked and and determined that Bluetooth was enabled and was connected.
Waste of time
Don’t even do it no jobs in the area when another one does and pay and mileage not worth it. Waste of time and memory on my phone

**Upate** confirmed previous ghosting claims after attempting to set respectable boundaries that should already exist. A very passive aggressive business model circa 1990’s. Diff being that you would have made money at this rate of pay in the 90’s instead of spending it to run their leads that I guarantee they are paid out very well for.

That doesn’t even come close to coving the to and from gas or your time and wear and tare on your own vehicle, let alone the 40 minutes you will have to take pictures with your own phone and upload to this app. And……. 🤏don’t even get me started on the provide as much information in the notes as you possibly can. Every little detail. Save your time and money because you will burn way more than they will ever pay you. This is what insurance adjusters get paid for!!! 👎👎👎👎

Company ghosts those who question them
Besides trying to treat their independent contractors (lookers) as employees by dictating dress code and behavior, they do not tolerate anyone questioning their assignments in any way. For instance trying to explain why you can’t take a picture of the engine, steering wheel, etc. for a travel trailer (hint: it’s a trailer-there is no engine or steering wheel). Or explaining why you can’t travel over 100 miles to photograph a house in western North Carolina that is located in a Federal Disaster Area following Hurricane Helene because the roads there literally no longer exist. If you dare to question these and other assignments by them you will be ghosted and they will not even respond to explain why you are no longer receiving any assignments. Very unprofessional and immature.
