User reviews

Annoying

The animations are stupid, and I can’t turn off the heart rate sensor? This app makes your product worthless.

Lots of spelling errors

Eg. updated three mouths ago
Mouths instead of months

We Guard

Pros: Inexpensive and a good way to try out the features of more expensive body scales. I did like the information the scale gave. This is my first interactive scale and perhaps I’m expecting too much. No, I’m not! It’s missing a lot of content. Order scales in the same price range offer more. Good luck of you ignore this review.
Cons:
The beautiful black scale shows everything and must be cleaned immediately. A no frills, boring experience, just blah for lack of a better word.
App is very basic and paired down compared to what the scale offers. BMI, age, body fat, 15 functions in all is what I liked about this scale. Still the cons outweigh the positives. There’s no way to print this information out and if your scale was returned like mine was in 2019, (shame on both Amazon for not checking their merchandise and double shame on the vendor for making a product that has very few options for its customer. The last person who returned it information is still on the scale and there is no where on the app I cook could find that could delete it therefore I cannot compare data say like this one said years ago. There is zero customer service support. The contact information on the website is useless. If I had to do it over again I would pay more money and look at the expensive models who offer live reps who answer phones and e-mails and give the users a more interactive experience. Good luck all!

A Major Issue

There are measurements in my history that i didnt make and they are pretty close on most values, but one or two will be way off from my trend. I dont know how this app is coming up with these values. Or why. But it is making it difficult to identify trends.

For instance, my weight doesnt fluctuate more than a couple pounds and has been in a steady decline, but i notice in my history there are many measurements that are seven pounds higher than my trend. However some of the fake measurements are pretty close to my trend weight, but several other values will be way outside my trend.

And keeping track of all of them is getting to be a real P in the A.

There is no way to delete any of these Rogue Bogus measurements.

And there is no app support. The in-app app support bombs the app. And the app support link here is in Chinese.

Good scale & concept. Not good app

The app is supposed to give way more information that you want to know (lol)! It has lots of information for different measurements… if you get them to display properly in the app in your phone. It worked ok at the beginning, now it only displays bmi and weight.
They need to invest in native English translations. It has subpar usage is words and grammar.
The scale measured correctly.
