Could be a 5 star. Inexpensive and competitive pricing for hardware. Was great until 8/23/22. It has half a battery but is offline. Can’t locate it as it’s last location is not where it moved to. Should be a way to remote turn it on and send a signal. Also finding plan information is difficult. You should add remote wake up.

App crashes every time I open it
Waste of money
Works great so far
Have been using the GT3000 4gLTE model tracker with this app for the past week. Works great for tracking my classic car when I’m not home or parked somewhere that is not a secure location. Email notifications are a great feature. When my vehicle leaves a preset geofence I get a notification within seconds. This in itself gives me reassurance when leaving my classic vehicle unattended. 5 Stars!

Paying for a service tht doesn’t work half the time is BULL!
Want a refund
Spent money on this app only to find out the tracker didn’t work. Now I have this app and no need for it and can’t find any customer service contact info. WASTE of $!
