Terrible Service, Nurses use Chat-GPT
I downloaded this app the other night due to a health scare and some anxiety, and after actually attempting to use it this morning, I’m appalled. After sending in something via the chat window, I’m immediately video called with no warning, given no greeting, and after I can explain the issues I’m facing, the nurse I was speaking with immediately tells me that “based on my symptoms”, I should go to the emergency room, before posting a shockingly long and far more eloquent string of ai-generated text saying the same. The issue though, is the symptoms the nurse spoke about are not ones I even mentioned at all!
After telling me to go to the ER immediately, I’m then told that I have “something” at 3pm- it takes great effort to learn that I’ve been assigned an appointment, and when I politely explain that 3pm would not work, and if the appointment is supposed to go along with the ER visit, the nurse asks what time would be better and then IMMEDIATELY closes the chat, so I can’t answer any questions relating to schedule or any of the numerous copy pasted questions sent my way.
Awful experience, the next time I have a health scare I’m just going to my nearby urgent care.

App won’t let me log in
Keeps saying “oops something went wrong. Please check the fields and try again later.” Everything I typed in to log in was correct. The app is glitching out when I need care

This thing is like a full medical office in my pocket, I can’t believe all the nutritional features are free. Good AI and doctors are always available.

I’ve never had such an online Telehealth service be so attentive and responsive. Without insurance it’s cheap! And the coyotes are all so so nice quick and efficient

Horrible prompt with no option to say no.
I updated the app and was immediately prompted to enter my weight and “goal weight”. That is outrageously inappropriate and harmful for someone recovering from an ED. Why would this be needed to see my own medical files? Stop promoting weight loss. Grow up.
Waste of Time
The people responding do not follow up with anything, I got assigned to a Psychiatric provider that doesn’t even treat adults. App isn’t built out yet either. Total waste of time.

During the call, the video disappears when you talking to a person the screen gets darker after a minute of not touching the screen. But you’re on a call why should you be touching the screen ? to keep screen active, need to be fixed this issue annoying.

Easy and affordable
Unbelievable that they have a monthly subscription to see the doctor. Paid $25, had initial consult with a prescription, then a follow up a week later. All without an appointment. Staff and doctors were really great.
