Annoying
Will not open. Keeps shutting down when I open it. Tried updating, turning phone off and back on. Uninstalled the app and then re-installed it. App keeps immediately shutting down as soon as I open it.

Stop forcing me to select “not now” every time I open the app. I never want notifications!
Not competitive
No longer good pricing, window squeegee bins almost never have liquid and if they do it’s filthy.

Horrible customer service
I was treated like an idiot when I asked where to find the pump number on the new pumps. I know the clientele they get, so maybe they treat everyone as if they are druggies.

Bad. False advertising
The app is okay, but its implementation is bad. A few glaring issues that I hate about my weigels rewards: one the pumps say you get a discount when you use your weigels card but it actually doesn’t, you, they advertise a discount on your gas when you use your card, but when you use it, surprise, no discount and there doesn’t seem to be any way to actually get a discount on the app or card itself, very strange and false advertising. There is also a massive issue with free rewards such as weigel wednesdays. On Wednesday the store employees take all the freebies off the shelf and store them in the back or they will use the blank cards they have upfront and claim all the freebies for themselves, leaving none behind, which I have personally seen employees do many times at multiple weigels locations. Seems like a bad loophole weigels shouldn’t allow. Remove the blank rewards cards. Only twice out of 50 times have I ever gotten a free item before they yank them all off the shelf.

can’t login
Ever since recently i am unable to login to my account even after changing my password multiple times and putting in the correct information.
Tank overflow
I had just over a 1/4 tank of gas and selected the full tank option. I clicked the pump in place to let the gas fill it up. After I saw the dollar amount look suspicious, I checked and realized that the tank was overflowing!

I love Weigel’s! This app is easy to use and linking your checking account to your Weigel’s rewards account saves you money that’s worth the time it takes to do it!

Donkey Kong
Over all app is average but the donkey Kong game glitches out. I highly recommend the archer game so fun. I hope they release a game similar to angry birds.

I loved using the app to pay. I didn’t have my card . Then I remembered the app. Thank you for making life easier. LOL
Pump handle broken
I had to stand in the freezing cold wind and press the handle over and over to fill up because the lever was broken.
Pump
Sometimes it’s almost impossible to get it to connect to a pump when you try to fuel by using your phone. I’ve had to move to two or three different pumps before it would work on multiple occasions.
