Pump is slow to connect by the App.
Poor connection. Took 3 times before it finally hooked up. Told me my password was invalid. Not.
Excellent
This store on Lovell is amazing. Best in the company
I can never get full.
I have a larger tank that requires premium gas and for some reason the pumps always stop. It’s frustrating because I can never leave with a full tank. I use the app for a discount and I have it set to fill the full tank, but it doesn’t seem to work.
Love Local
Love a local Tn guy has the best stores
Keep up the good work
Keep up the good work
Odd priorities
Can’t get a fuel receipt but they have games in the app. Didn’t realize children drove and bought fuel. lol
Pay at pump app option
The pay at the pump option is a nice app addition. Especially when the market is really busy with morning commuters.
Alcohol ID
I’m plenty old enough to NOT be harassed about my age when buying alcohol. I’m 53 years old FFS!!!! STOP IT!!!!
Pay at pump
Easy breezy once you get it set up
Candy to get gas
Thanks for your company
Annoying
Will not open. Keeps shutting down when I open it. Tried updating, turning phone off and back on. Uninstalled the app and then re-installed it. App keeps immediately shutting down as soon as I open it.
Annoying
Stop forcing me to select “not now” every time I open the app. I never want notifications!
Not competitive
No longer good pricing, window squeegee bins almost never have liquid and if they do it’s filthy.
Easy App Use
So nice to use the app to choose gas and pay.
Horrible customer service
I was treated like an idiot when I asked where to find the pump number on the new pumps. I know the clientele they get, so maybe they treat everyone as if they are druggies.
Always stop by
Great customer service!!!
Bad. False advertising
The app is okay, but its implementation is bad. A few glaring issues that I hate about my weigels rewards: one the pumps say you get a discount when you use your weigels card but it actually doesn’t, you, they advertise a discount on your gas when you use your card, but when you use it, surprise, no discount and there doesn’t seem to be any way to actually get a discount on the app or card itself, very strange and false advertising. There is also a massive issue with free rewards such as weigel wednesdays. On Wednesday the store employees take all the freebies off the shelf and store them in the back or they will use the blank cards they have upfront and claim all the freebies for themselves, leaving none behind, which I have personally seen employees do many times at multiple weigels locations. Seems like a bad loophole weigels shouldn’t allow. Remove the blank rewards cards. Only twice out of 50 times have I ever gotten a free item before they yank them all off the shelf.

can’t login
Ever since recently i am unable to login to my account even after changing my password multiple times and putting in the correct information.
Tank overflow
I had just over a 1/4 tank of gas and selected the full tank option. I clicked the pump in place to let the gas fill it up. After I saw the dollar amount look suspicious, I checked and realized that the tank was overflowing!
Ok app bad implement
The app is okay, but its implementation is bad. A few glaring issues that I hate about my weigels rewards: one the pumps say you get a discount when you use your weigels card but it actually doesn’t, you need to have your bank account linked to the card which I don’t like, in order to get the discount. That’s falsely advertised. There is also a massive issue with free rewards such as weigel wednesdays. On Wednesday the store employees take all the freebies off the shelf and store them in the back or they will use the blank cards they have upfront and claim all the freebies for themselves, leaving none behind, which I have personally seen many times at multiple weigels locations. Superb app and store
I love Weigel’s! This app is easy to use and linking your checking account to your Weigel’s rewards account saves you money that’s worth the time it takes to do it!
