Apka w bardzo łatwy sposób oblicza wszystkie potrzebne wskaźniki i pokaże ich w wynik w zakresie normy. Łatwo i szybko pomaga kontrolować w sposób bardzo dokładny spożycie i utratę kalorii. Można zadać sobie indywidualne cele bądź tylko kontrolować masę ciała. Obliczy tez zawartość tłuszczu w ciele. Bardzo pomaga.
