Awful customer support
I tried to cancel and it didn’t complete. I was charged for a full year. When I explained the situation to support and asked for only the last payment to be returned, they didn’t listen and only told me this was my fault and there was nothing they could do!! Ridiculous! There is always a solution. Instead I was passed around from person to person who said I would be contacted, yet I would not. I had to remind them constantly to contact me.

First time
I am just on my first workout and I am not pleased. The stats were totally off and I can’t see how to listen to anything but meditation, calm sounds, or weird stories?? I must be doing something wrong because so far I am not too happy with this app.
Auto Renew Scam
Make sure you get a confirmation email when canceling your subscription before the renewal date. It is extremely confusing as to how to cancel and not get auto renewed on this app.

Make sure you actually cancel the subscription
So I purchase the premium membership a year ago and I decide to cancel it before the subscription was about to end like 3 month before the subscription cycle re-start again which was $49.99 but yesterday just realized that they were charging me $29.99 monthly subscription since March. So I would not repurchase the subscription, check your emails purchase statements to make sure it's actually cancel

Tracking steps
It does not appear. The app is in sync with my Apple Watch however, I do like the plan and we’ll look into making sure my steps are counted accurately.
Don’t fall for this scam! This app is garbage
If I could give no stars, I would. The app didn’t even track your steps. It’s not user friendly whatsoever. And to make the things worse they raise the price without you even realizing it. Before you know it you have charges coming from Verv …wtf is that even because it does not show up as slimkit…and when you try to cancel it’s damn impossible. It says to try to cancel through your IOS device, that does NOT work btw..there’s no customer service phone number. The only way is to email them. A piece advice from someone who lost several $100 dollars to this garbage app. Save your money and don’t fall for the scam!

The app claims to provide personalized treadmill guidance based on weight and incline, but it is nothing more than a basic timer. It does not deliver the features promised in the description. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

This app keeps trying to charge my debit card for 90.00 after subscription cancellation.
Why forced to buy different program
I bought the app to track my walking but when I opened it it took me through the same question and ended up on a page asking me to pay for another program for dieting and no way to decline. I just want the app I purchased. How do I decline the second “diet ” program? Thanks

Watch out with this company , have taken over £100 of my money for an app i'm not entirely sure what it is for until i googled them . They will read this and probably say something like iv signed up for something , so before they play tit for tat with me , just think twice before going on there site as i'm still unaware how they got details of my bank for an account that is used for my property in and outgoings only . If this review can stop just one customer from loosing money like i have done it will be good news .

I bought this for a Walking plan on the Treadmill…they don’t have a Walking Treadmill Workout
Very confusing app
The app does not even tell you the speed that you need to do for walking and also the incline. Very confusing I canceled it right away.

This is a great app and I have definitely felt the results of all the walking. I just wish the progress would update. At times I have walked over 15k steps, but it will say I am still at 0. It will record my workout but doesn’t show up on the home page.
