Misleading advertisement.
The app claims to provide personalized treadmill guidance based on weight and incline, but it is nothing more than a basic timer. It does not deliver the features promised in the description. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

This app keeps trying to charge my debit card for 90.00 after subscription cancellation.
Why forced to buy different program
I bought the app to track my walking but when I opened it it took me through the same question and ended up on a page asking me to pay for another program for dieting and no way to decline. I just want the app I purchased. How do I decline the second “diet ” program? Thanks

Dont buy this, you will be tight up with subscription that you cant cancel and its so damn expensive. Stay away.
Watch out
Watch out with this company , have taken over £100 of my money for an app i'm not entirely sure what it is for until i googled them . They will read this and probably say something like iv signed up for something , so before they play tit for tat with me , just think twice before going on there site as i'm still unaware how they got details of my bank for an account that is used for my property in and outgoings only . If this review can stop just one customer from loosing money like i have done it will be good news .

I bought this for a Walking plan on the Treadmill…they don’t have a Walking Treadmill Workout
Very confusing app
The app does not even tell you the speed that you need to do for walking and also the incline. Very confusing I canceled it right away.

This is a great app and I have definitely felt the results of all the walking. I just wish the progress would update. At times I have walked over 15k steps, but it will say I am still at 0. It will record my workout but doesn’t show up on the home page.

Je viens d’être débiter de 59$ pour un achat que je n’ai jamais fait sur cette app j’ai fait un essai l’année dernière qui devait se terminer quelques mois après et aujourd’hui il ont utiliser mes données bancaires pour me débiter via Apple Pay NFC je trouve ça honteux et pas correct que ces applications gardent nos coordonnées bancaires sans avoir une demande d’autorisation préalable.

Beware deceitful subscription
This app is designed to get you to sign up for a subscription that you cannot cancel. Luckily I put this on a virtual card that I keep locked. It's nearly impossible to access my subscription months after I signed up and I'm unable to stop the company from charging my card.
Not happy at all
Not what I thought it would be. No cancellation button as instructions states. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
Do not download this app
Will continue to charge you after you end your subscription and try to tell you you didn’t fully complete the canceled subscription. Also separately charges you from Apple directly to your card.
Scam
I downloaded this app, was not happy with it snd canceled. I continue to get charged snd when i reach out to support im told they cant find mi account. I have forwarded the email confirmation and screenshots of the cancellation but still continue to charge.
Sneaky Charging of Cards
I got this app to try. Unfortunately I never used it because it is not intuitive. Imagine my surprise when I had a $53 charge to my card with no warning. I was planning to cancel but got no reminder and was charged for a full year Friday morning. Then when I went to cancel (because I didn’t want to be surprised a year from now) it took me about 45 minutes to figure out where I could cancel. Absolutely a waste of money and time.

Customer Service? NOT!
I’m extremely disappointed with this app and their customer service. I was charged for a full year subscription that I have quite literally never used—not once. I’ll take responsibility that I missed canceling it previously due to a lot of personal challenges going on in my life, but when I noticed the charge this year while it was still pending, I reached out immediately.
Their response? They acknowledged I had “low activity”—which honestly is zero activity—and still refused to make any exception. Instead, they compared it to a gym membership, saying you pay whether you use it or not. That may be their policy, but it shows a complete lack of understanding and basic customer care.
When a customer has never used your service, there should be some level of flexibility or willingness to work with them. I’ve had a similar situation with another company, and not only did they refund the current charge, they also refunded the previous year without me even asking. That’s what real customer service looks like.
Unfortunately, this experience felt dismissive and frustrating. Based on how they handle their customers, I would not recommend this app.
