About
WeightMate Training Log is a no-ads workout log for people who lift and do cardio. Plan your routine, log every set, run your rest timer, import watch cardio, and see your progress, all in one place.
STRENGTH TRAINING
• Weekly or rotating routines, custom exercises, and a starter Routine Library
• Log working sets, reps, and weights; optional auto-calculated warm-ups
• Supersets, rest timers with sound cues, and day or exercise substitutions
• Scheduled or automatic deloads; goal weights update from what you actually lifted
• Share a routine with a code
CARDIO
• Log treadmill, bike, row, walk, run, and other cardio sessions
• Import workouts your watch or fitness app syncs to Apple Health (for example Apple Watch, Garmin, or Strava), with distance plus average, min, and max heart rate and a heart-rate chart
HOME & PROGRESS
• This week vs. last: volume, distance, and cardio heart rate at a glance
• Consistency calendar for workouts and check-ins
• Trends for lifts, personal records, cardio distance and heart rate, and routine completion
• After each workout, an estimated calorie burn with a per-exercise receipt
DAILY CHECK-IN
• Weight, body fat %, steps, and the metrics you choose; add, reorder, or archive them
• Auto-import fills empty fields from Apple Health when your scale or diary apps sync there
PAIRS WITH WEIGHTMATE NUTRITION
Same WeightMate sign-in. Log meals and macros in WeightMate Nutrition (a separate app); your check-in can pull calories and macros from your Nutrition diary, and your workouts feed its burn estimate.
SIMPLE PRICING
• No ads, ever
• 14-day free trial; no payment method required to start
• Monthly, yearly, and lifetime options in Plans & billing
• Referral codes: share yours from Profile; friends get extra trial days, and you earn free access time when they subscribe (shared across both WeightMate apps)
• Message the developer in the app (Profile → Message the developer)
APPLE HEALTH (OPTIONAL, READ)
WeightMate reads data you already synced into Apple Health when you grant permission: workouts, heart rate, distance, and steps for cardio import; weight, body fat %, steps, and nutrition for check-in auto-import. It does not read your watch sensors directly. Profile → Apple Health explains every data type.
