ちょっと残念

令和のアプリとは思えないです。動作がちょっと重すぎないですか。検索しづらいし、ホテルは大して安くないし、使う時の条件が複雑で結局めんどくさーって使わなくなる。こんなんで福利厚生ですとドヤ顔されるよりだったらその分給料上げてって思いました。けっこう残念🫤

ログイン出来ない。

WEBと同じパスワードをアプリで入力してるのにログイン出来ない。
問い合わせても入力してるパスワードが半角じゃないスペースが入ってる可能〜
という回答。
パスワードアプリでWEBでログイン出来てるのにこの回答は、0点。
アプリを見直して創意工夫して下さい（笑）

映画発券の時間差がきわめて使いにくい

映画のチケットが翌日配信もしくは郵送なことがほとんどです。当日映画見ようと思ったらほとんど使えない。

ログインが度々必要になったり、なのにIDやパスワードが複雑だったりそもそもが使いにくいが、仕方ないのかな、とも思う。
