Horrible
Horrible festival they just cancel shows for hours for a little rain, no explanation, no money back, just pay for ur ticket to wait under a roof for hours. They do this every year in Florida and still haven't figured out a way to deal with these situations. Embarrassing and predatory. All they care about is money. Also insane how many things they take from you during check-in. Sunscreen?? Really? So when it's not storming and the sun is beaming at us in the hot Florida rays, we can't save our skin with our own sunscreen we have to buy everything inside. Money-hungry, shameless, and stupid.

Useful but not the notifications
The app is great for lineups and the festival map! Love being able to have my own lineup for bands I want to see.
The notifications however aren’t that great. Notifications will pop up and there’s a 50/50 chance you’ll see what the notification is. Half the time it just takes you to the homepage and that’s it.

Needs a search function for getting questions answered.
Needs a LOT of work
Users should not have to register for the app multiple times. The ability to share schedules and or collaborate on schedules between app users would be incredibly valuable for most, if not all, festival attendees. Wild that such a lucrative promoter has such an amateur app.

App stuck on screen, no support
Downloaded and was happily using the 2025 version. Built my schedule. I’ll be attending in two days and the app won’t open, it just hangs on the launch screen. The link to support from Apple goes to a “contact us” page for the company’s sales, no option for actual user support.
App is decent when it works
App recently stopped working and won't load past the intro screen image. Really unfortunate considering the fest is in a couple days.

Stuck on opening page
After updating the app is not doing anything except showing me the opening page. Can’t see or doing anything other than opening page. Not useful.

Downloaded the new 2024 app after receiving email that the lineup was available. It doesn’t work. Literally hangs on the opening page and just sits there. Zero stars for usability.

After updating this app is not loading anything past the opening splashscreen.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ANYONE WHO UPDATED
Important note for anyone who updated from the last 2023 Welcome To Rockville version to the latest 2024 update. When I updated and tried to open the app, it would softlock on the app’s first splash screen and never load past that regardless of anything I did (several force / full close and relaunches, hard rebooting my phone along with a combination of app relaunches). In order for me to get it to progress past the app’s initial splash screen and actually launch, I had to delete the old version, and installing the latest as a fresh install and not through an update. As note, I’m on an iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 17.4.1 – You’re witnessed behavior may be different.

Are you ever going to update this app for 2024? It was a handy resource for planning out the day and a reminder at what stage our favorites were playing. Pleeeeease update it and it’s back to 5 stars instantly.
