Horrible

It doesn’t even let you put your age which makes it really inaccurate

So Far So Good

The app gives a decent amount of things for a free vs paid structure. You can track records and whole workouts, while also being able to know where you stand (roughly, more detail in paid version) with the general pop.

Only thing I could wish for is a way for free users to check their ranks without having to buy into the system, such as seeing your own bench record (not leaderboard). The only way I seem to find it is after you complete a workout. It would be nice so you can still review your improvements against yourself, not necessarily against everyone (since that is already in the app but paid).

Other than that, not a bad app for free users, just understand that you are looking at maybe 50% of the app if you don’t pay.

Overall: 3/5 for free users.
would bump to 4 if they add that feature I mentioned.

Overall a great app

Obviously this app is relatively new but I’ve used it for about 2 weeks and it tracks progress well and give a lot more information on workouts then expected. Data is tracked by global positioning as well as relativity to your body weight.

I would like to see an option for super and drop sets in the future.
But overall has a lot of features that are super helpful

Most Underrated Gym App

I’ve had my handful of gym apps and so far this is the most simple and easy to use. UI is sleek and friendly and creating a routine takes seconds. Currently using it for free and it works perfectly for my needs. Will be looking into a subscription sooner than later. Still think this is so underrated considering the other AI trainers advertised online dont feel as straight forward and this has more features than the others if you really start using all the advantages given (i did the free trial and the graphics and statistics are fantastic). In Conclusion, going to continue using it over strong, fitbod, etc. Just feels more put together.
