User reviews

Beginner Friendly

I have been using Ascent for a while now as a complete beginner in the gym and it has really helped me a lot. Using the premade routines was very helpful starting out and my favorite part is being able to visualize my progress with the rank system it makes it very fun and keeps me motivated to be consistent at the gym.
