Have encountered a toxic landlord (a flatmate subleasing the other rooms), multiple people ended up moving out and losing their deposit. Informed customer service of the this repeated pattern of behavior of the landlord on their platform and they said they couldn’t help.
突然账号无法登陆
用了几个月都好好的，这两天突然显示提示需要实名认证，然后登陆的时候提示账号异常，无法登陆，根本也没出现过实名认证的提醒，不知道在哪可以认证，就直接无法登陆账号了。发邮件，等了两天一直没有动静，也没有客服电话可以联系。太夸张了

Had a very toxic flatmate/landlord. Overcharged for things, made aggressive comments about friends sitting on chairs in living room, was dirty, and didn’t return deposits. Reported to Wellcee but they did nothing sadly.

乱收费
第一天注册审核要求添加客服微信走流程，结果是要求充值，只要用户咨询就收资费。我房子都没挂上去，效果也不清楚就开始收费，你们想啥呢？
Not bad but strange
Apartment rentals with some weird social network vibe. When registering it wanted so much information - why do I need to enter my job, hobbies, etc? Rentals are fine but more filters are needed (balcony, ready internet…) and it should be possible to search by more specific prices (currently there is 4k to 8k and then 8k to 12k but what if I want something for 7k to 9k?). Would also be useful if the iOS app used Apple Maps rather than a poor Chinese map.

怎么还没下架
跟金三角一样，三不管地带，谁用谁知道，发房源要收费，这没关系，但联系客服，根本都不理你，打电话也不接，还是手机号码。更别想这种平台能提供什么服务给你了，
总体是最真实的租房平台，希望房源标签改进
希望编辑修改的时候，房源标签不要丢失。现在每次修改都要重新输入一遍的自己编辑的标签，挺麻烦的

服务体验差
之前刚推出的时候，还挺好用的。现在房源大多数都是公寓中介，个人房源慢慢变少，其次遇事找客服完全不搭理，根本没有所谓的客户体验。
更新后他会强行把你的房源认证为商家
然后要收费才能发布房源，客服也不回复，也不知道这个平台是不给客服工资还是什么情况？根本没人关心客户的体验
挺垃圾的
发布房源收费，不仅贵还要收押金，感觉想钱想疯了，本来房东和平台是互相成就，平台有运营和推广成本少收点也能接受，但是这么黑心能有多少房东在你这发租房信息，没房源你平台有什么用，祝早凉
