房屋质量问题漏水报修管家,因过年期间自如管家拖沓问题也就罢了,过完年后房子问题未能解决,房屋漏水造成电路短路烧化电脑组建,管家让我发送维修相关内容等,发送后从1月份至4月份依旧未能解决问题,管家还撒谎拖延导致矛盾升级至报警,自如管家多名管家群中对于反馈问题和进展不闻不问,反而将我在app中拉黑操作(理由侮辱谩骂管家),请问在群聊中1分钟前我发出的问题和房屋一直未解决的问题都有记录,下一秒管家回复一句怎么了?什么事?请问这算不算自如戏耍客户?我月月缴纳强制服务费,房租晚交1天还有利息,自如现在是店大欺客了?还是反正法律只是说说,你用户能耐我何?
