What they did:
1. Kept harassing us and insisted entering our apartment without our presence.
2. Double charged for the utilities and locked the door because ‘we didn’t pay for the utilities in time’. While in fact we had paid it months ago and filed a dispute before the due date. It took them one entire month to NOT-be-able to sort it out.
3. Sent plumbers to fix some pipes because it was leaking into the neighbors, without giving us reasonable time, for 5 times in a row. And they were cheeky enough to ask us to stay home during our working hours without any compensation for that.
4. Threatened us of ‘legal consequences’. I’d fall for it if I were not a law practitioner myself.
Consider carefully before you sign their contract. Remember that 12345 ( the municipal complaint hotline) is your friend when things get sour.

自如是最垃圾的租房软件，看房时全公司就像舔狗，交了钱立马无声，从销售、房管、客服全都不解决问题，最最最重要的自如的民房都改造隔断违法出租，居然没有任何部门敢管。自如已经不是公司垃圾，而是不断逾越法律底线到现在，垃圾背后能量不可小觑。

The app is useful but the apartments charge an extra 10% for a service that feels not worth it. They send an ayi each month and cover internet, but somehow that costs thousands each month.
When you request a Fapiao, you will get it half of the time. And then you’ll have to bother the service department who will then have to reach out to the department in charge of the Fapiao. It’s unfortunate that the service staff have to make up for the incompetence of the billing and pay dept.

店大欺客、霸王条款
房屋质量问题漏水报修管家，因过年期间自如管家拖沓问题也就罢了，过完年后房子问题未能解决，房屋漏水造成电路短路烧化电脑组建，管家让我发送维修相关内容等，发送后从1月份至4月份依旧未能解决问题，管家还撒谎拖延导致矛盾升级至报警，自如管家多名管家群中对于反馈问题和进展不闻不问，反而将我在app中拉黑操作（理由侮辱谩骂管家），请问在群聊中1分钟前我发出的问题和房屋一直未解决的问题都有记录，下一秒管家回复一句怎么了？什么事？请问这算不算自如戏耍客户？我月月缴纳强制服务费，房租晚交1天还有利息，自如现在是店大欺客了？还是反正法律只是说说，你用户能耐我何？

Don’t use this company
I’m renting from this company currently. The fridge broke and they sent a tech who determined the fridge needs replacement. There was no urgency to get a new one. I had to practically beg them and borderline harass them to order a new one in a timely manner. Even after I was told a new one was ordered they couldn’t tell me when it would be delivered because they “didn’t have the technician’s phone number.” The rents are overpriced, the agent fee you have to pay each month goes towards absolutely nothing. There are better companies to rent from. FYI I’m in Beijing.

差评，在自如住了五年
自如的房子就是贵，还要10%的服务费。我在自如住了五年多，超过99.9%用户。收了10%的服务很拉胯，最难忍的是他们退租过程水很深，不能立马申请退租，过一段儿时间才行，当然了这段儿时间还早继续扣你的房租，很气人。
