It kind of works sometimes
When it works, it’s almost acceptable. Sure, I’ve never been able to get the doctor connection feature to work, and my doctor isn’t listed. Maybe I should try again.
Update: I’ve deleted the app and still get harassed by text message to use it despite unsubscribing from texts multiple times. Makes this app feel like malware, unpleasant!
Another Update: Got another text from this company that doesn’t respect your privacy. And their only response to this review is “Call us so you can get the most out of our app?” What I want is to forget this app exists, but I can’t if unsubscribing from texts doesn’t work.
Third Update: Got another text. I caved and called them. Their solution was to download the app again, log back in and delete my account. I was unsubscribed from all texts in my account, but hopefully deleting it altogether fixed it. 🤞 (also noticed they’ve added AI to this app, horrifying)
