Keeps freezing me out of my ID cards. Guess I don’t need healthcare

if it could zero stars it would. use the desktop version, i know that’s not good either but its better than this. this app seems so outdated and glitches aaaaallll the time. also wished it just kept me signed in.

Need the app to see my id card, and the app NEVER successfully loads the ID card. Waste of my time and data.

Can’t even add the id card to wallet, and the id card never displays properly in the app.

Whatever the problems in the past were I no longer experience them. The app can be slow at times but everything is functional and I receive no error messages.

Absolutely wretched. Basically the worst app I have ever used. Nothing works. No password save, no face ID, no password creation pointers and erases progress if you make one it doesn’t like. The IDs almost never show up. Why bother? Just use the website.
Great app for promoting socialized medicine
Our university just switched to Wellfleet and nobody can access their insurance ID card in the app. All the buttons open containerized web pages that prompt you to log in again. After poking around this app for a few minutes, I was struck by an irresistible urge to renounce capitalism and vote for Bernie Sanders.

Cannot even register because both app and the website are full of errors. I need my ID card but cannot access thanks to that. How can you be so sloppy?! Terrible!!!!!

Tried registering an account with my student ID, but will not let me type more than 5 characters to search for my ID (which is longer than 5 characters).

I’m prompted to verify my identity via email or text, I log in, and my phone screen goes completely white. This app simply does not work at all.

After putting in my login credentials and confirming the activation pin, I always get a black screen.

App is not working
The app is not working properly. After I put my credentials, it shows a white screen and nothing more!
Nothing Works
Try to view a claim, gives me a blank screen. No way to view claims on their website. Forced to contact their customer service to get anything done. Might as well have burned the money I paid this bottom-of-the-barrel insurance company.
The app doesn’t work
The app keeps displaying a message stating, 'There is a new version of this app available that requires an update. Please visit the store to update it,' even though there is no update available. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the issue persists. As a result, I haven't been able to use the medical insurance coverage I paid for for almost a week now.

Does Not Work
Immediately upon downloading the latest version of the Wellfleet Studentapp and opening it, a popup appears that reads “New Version: There is a new version of This app available that requires an update. Please visit the store to update it.” But there is no update in the App Store. The app simply does not work.
