Have to frequently delete and reload app very frustrating

Freezes on opening majority of time

I just get a white screen majority of time when I try to open it - rubbish

Update Needed

Needs an update for iPhone X/XS device screens. Menus are unusable.

Also could benefit from adding data in the app into Apple’s Health App
