About
Wellness asks how you're feeling, then suggests one short thing you might try. That's the whole app.
No feed. No library of four hundred exercises. No streak you can break, no score to live up to, and no account to create.
HOW IT WORKS
Pick a word for how things feel. Add context if you want to. Wellness offers one short reset - a few minutes of breathing, a walk, a stretch, writing something down. You can run it, swap it for another, or close the app. Nothing is required.
If you want, you can note how intense things felt before and after. Those two numbers are your own read on the moment, not a measurement of anything.
WHAT IT RECORDS
Check-ins are saved in local storage on this device: the mood word, the context if you picked one, the reset offered, whether you ran it, the two numbers if you gave them, and the time. There is no account and no server, so none of it is uploaded or synced.
Your check-in history can be deleted from Settings, at any time, in one step.
INSIGHTS
After a few check-ins, Wellness shows what you recorded. It counts what is there and says when there isn't enough yet to say anything. It does not interpret your mood, predict how you'll feel, or tell you what your data means.
ADVERTISING AND PRIVACY
Wellness is free and funded by advertising. The advertising side of the app and the side that records check-ins are built as separate systems with no connection between them. Mood words, contexts, intensity numbers, reset history, anything you write, and anything to do with the support screen are never used to select advertising and are never sent to advertising companies.
No ads appear while a reset is running or anywhere on the support screen.
WHAT WELLNESS IS NOT
Wellness is a general wellness and self-reflection app. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. It is not an emergency service. If you are struggling, please consider speaking with a qualified professional. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
Intended for adults.
