I know that this is out of your control but I’m saying this anyways
I’m doing an art project on Wellnote but sometimes it glitches and removes/moves a layer. By that I mean, if I were to draw a red line over a blue line, and it glitched the blue line would be on top. This is really annoying and I would very much appreciate if you could find the bug and fix the glitch.
(The glitch might just be my iPad but I’m not entirely sure so can you please still check)

Now my pen won’t power on, after being fully charged.
O turn on the pen by tapping the top twice while the pen is upright. If you hold it upside down and tap it on the desk it will not turn on as I found.
It is a simple instruction but as mentioned there was no help I had to find this out myself. Apparently there is a way to displaya fool bar where you can change now Th pen looks and operates for erasing text but I haven't found a way of -getting the gel bar to appear, hence there are lots of errors in this text.

Worst app ever
When I just came into well note, I wanted to draw and sketch, but then it didn’t work I tried every single button I saw, and it didn’t work so well no make a instruction and also if I’m wrong, please tell me because I used my iPhone 13 and I thought it was just because of the phone because I’m using a phone but it’s used for an iPad app. Just please just do an instructions when the start of the app because I’m actually frustrated and I don’t know what to do like this is super hard like who can make it and I’m only an eight year-old PS I’m getting my new iPad on my birthday. but I don’t get it. How do you work this app please someone tell me this is really hard well now please just do something about this because I can’t do anything. It’s so hard thank you bye

We are very sorry for the unpleasant experience. Currently, writing is not supported on the iPhone; you can only browse your notes. You may draw on the iPad with the help of your family members.

Flashes
I used to like this app a lot, but it started flashing me, and ppl who can have seizures, never use this app. It flashed me a billion times when I was taking notes, it hurt my eyes, like, a lot. I still use this app tho, plz change the flash thingy, even hen I don’t put my whole hand on it, it still flashes btw.

Thought I could only have a limited number of notes without paying but apparently I just needed to log in because I had logged out and they call logging in membership and needing to upgrade for some reason. They might want to change their wording

Why in the world do I have to pay money to make any more notes? I only have about 14 or so right now, I tried deleting one to see if that would give me more room but no, this stupid greedy app requires money apparently

It has many good functions and easy to use. But, some shapes like circle, triangle, arrow, square etc. are required.

What happened?
Why doesn’t it work anymore? Something changed during the update. I can’t write. I’m just able to move the page up and down.
