New version doesn’t save user name, have more issues with invalid login attempt than the old version. Feel like this one was rushed to accommodate the Apple software update. Another bank I use has no issues with their app, but it’s a larger bank not a hometown bank, but not suprised when WRSB still hasn’t upgraded debit cards to touch cards yet when everyone else has…

how can you lock yourself out of an account that you’re in the process of resetting a password for??? it wouldn’t let me change the password so how was I using up log in attempts? Annoying af

Can’t usually sign in
I created a pin with which to sign in, but many times when I enter it, the app tries to open for a bit then kicks me back out to the sign in page. Sometimes it eventually opens, other times it just stays on the “thinking screen” forever.
When it does work, it works great and I’d love to be able to count on using it!

Inactivated my account because I got my password wrong, and now I have to call them to have it re-activated.

The app is great! It does everything it needs to, and is really quick and smooth! I do wish the app was optimized for iOS 7, but that's just a wish! THANKS FOR A GREAT APP!
