About
TrackTalk keeps a project's conversation, files, and costs together in one place, so your team stops digging through chat apps, email threads, and spreadsheets to reconstruct what happened.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Project threads
Give each project its own message thread. Everything posted there stays with the project instead of scrolling away in a general chat.
Voice notes that become text
Record a note when typing isn't practical. TrackTalk transcribes it automatically, so what you said stays searchable alongside everything else.
Attachments that stay put
Add photos, videos, PDFs, and documents to a thread, and download them again whenever you need them.
Mentions
Type @ to reach a specific teammate. They get a notification naming you and the project, so the message that actually needs an answer doesn't sit unread.
AI summaries
Ask for a summary of a long discussion and get the current state of a project without rereading weeks of messages.
Expense tracking
Record project costs and subscriptions, attach invoices and payment proofs, and mark them paid as they are settled. Records can be tied to the project they belong to.
Access by project
People see only the projects they have been added to, along with the expenses attached to those projects. Project owners decide who joins.
TrackTalk works alongside the web app, so the same projects, messages, and records are available on your phone and at your desk.
An account is required. You can delete your account and its personal data at any time from the Profile tab.

Billing is now a two-sided ledger you keep with one other person. • Every entry is an invoice or a payment, and counts only once the other side confirms it • Both sides can add entries; each sees them from their own seat, with a running balance per party • Cancel instead of delete: changes are kept, with who made them and when • Sort the ledger by newest entry date or by newest confirmation, to find things faster
