I was in a home trying to do a nursing home is stated that had no Internet access. Then when I tried to use the off-line and wouldn’t let me switch over

So frustrated with the Kinnser system. Keystrokes are super slow when accessing through safari. App won’t let you open a note. Needs an update.
Only good for nurses & CNA visits
I recently uploaded this app as my work uses Kinnser for documentation. However, I am a Physical Therapist, and once I got on, it shows me my patients, but I can't do any documentation. It only has nurse & CNA documents available. I sincerely hope that they will add all other disciplines to this soon!! So as of now, I have to rate it poorly as it is of no use for me.
