No one came
Said I was the next patient. Waited over an hour & no one came…
No one answered
Said I had 1 person in front of me and then i waited over an hour and no one came. These are supposed to be quick simple issues. Inefficient, ineffective.
Horrible customer service
I had an appointment at 10am on a Sunday. The Dr prescribed a medication but did not put in the actual order for the medicine. I called all day long and no one helped me get it corrected and ordered. I was told over and over that the urgent care phone number has no ability to do anything or help. I was told I needed to wait for a “call from clinical” that never came. Apparently you can get no help at all or questions answered after these appointments due to their customer service issues. I will not be doing this ever again.
