Horrendous

This app is terrible to navigate.

Horrible app

I downloaded this app for meditation refill request. It’s a waste of time. I spent a lot of time to read its articles, consulting with their coaches, update my weight and data, etc. App didn’t sync and credit my work. It’s a garbage.

Complete Waste of Time

The app is extremely frustrating. You cannot get on app have to reset password constantly.
The unfortunate part is in order to get your prescriptions. This site needs to be used. People should not be held hostage until all the kinks are worked out of this.

Frustrating waste of time

This app is beyond infuriating to use. Every time you try to select a menu item from the bottom row it requires you to sign in again, TWICE, then just takes you back to the main menu. The sections are not intuitively titled and it takes so long to navigate to where you want to be. The fact that it requires you to download another app to connect your fitness devices/accounts is ridiculously unnecessary. It’s as though they gave this very little thought and even less effort. Just use the website even though that pretty terrible too. Honestly, companies really should just take their money elsewhere, this program is too irritating for all but the most dedicated or desperate to use. 🙄

Terrible glitchy App

It logs you out everytime you do anything at all. I can’t read messages or notifications. It won’t sync with the scale my insurance company sent me. Unfortunately, my participation on the app is a compulsory as it’s a prerequisite for insurance to pay for my life saving medication. So I get to pretend to believe mindfulness and logging water consumption will help me lose weight and not a medication that allows my body to process insulin like a normal person. Fun times.

Non-Functional

As other reviewers said, this app does not work. Most buttons log the user out, and even the login process & username/password reset function is buggy. My my health insurer conditions conditions medication coverage on the use of this app, but if it’s not fixed fast and they deny coverage, they’ll necessarily be sued. Keep screenshots, everyone, if you’re in the same boat.

Horrible

I am required to use this app by my insurance but it doesn’t work. It logs me out at every turn and doesn’t let me add data.

Not functional

This app straight up just doesn’t work. No matter what you click, it tells you to sign in again. It doesn’t have any advantage over using their website. If anything, their website is easier to navigate.

Total garbage

There is no reason for this app to take several hours to sync with fitness apps.

Doesn’t Track

This app is outdated and doesn’t track progress from my apple watch. Worst app ever.

Room for improvement

The app seems to be in infancy and has potential for greatness. At the moment it’s a web app, and not a true phone application. Formatting is broken on several pages for most phones, with buttons hiding behind camera cut outs. There’s no true integration for Apple products. With help of HumanAPI you can pull in manually logged workouts, standard tracking activity is not imported into WellSpark. You need to create manual entries for each day by referring to your Health app. The app only receives updates once or twice a year which means minimal improvement, and potential for security risk.
