App needs adjustments
I currently need to do an update but I cannot because unfortunately my iPad is older and has not updated to 18.0 yet and may not.… So I cannot do an update and I cannot use the old app because it keeps telling me I need an update and it won’t open. also, it is frustrating trying to make an appointment with my oncologist because the app will not allow me to. She is within the well star system but when I go to Oncology it will not let me make an appointment. Thank goodness the MyChart app works properly And I can at least see my appointments and bloodwork and tests results on there…

This app has been tremendously helpful in being able to review clinical notes and keeping on top of my appointments.
New
Can’t sign in to the new app, very frustrating! I have gotten used to the app the way it was. Now it doesn't recognize my email or sign in!
