Welltory is a must at this point, as a light sleeper I have had to deep dive into my sleep and HRV patterns to feel my best . I recommend even for the simple reason of feeling optimal daily as it’s helped track where I’m at physically and what I need to do to pace myself. It’s been incredibly helpful!

Love this!!
I absolutely love all of the premium features and the overall info the app provides. The only downside is I would like to have a month to month subscription plan for when I’m not able to pay for the whole year just yet. That’s my reason for 4 stars and not 5.

I like the app but trying to sign up for the premium it says $119 for a year or $9.99 a month but when I hit continue it wants me to pay $119. I want the $9.99 a month subscription but I haven’t found a way to pay that way. If I can’t find a way to pay monthly, I’m going to find another app to use.

Very disappointing app
This app has been disappointing. The “upgrade to premium” appeared every time I opened the app from the moment I signed up for the app.
The app apparently cannot read my sleep patterns, timing etc or steps from my Fitbit watch, which is my go to watch every day.

Even after signing up, a third of the screen is devoted to upsells for the (undefined) “lifetime” offering. Given the content, I can see why they’d push as much as they can out of view. Def among the top 3 worst purchases made since 2015.
not accurate
Seemed useful at first but I seriously doubt it's accuracy. The fact it needs my sleep time to estimate battery tells me it's only a guess. Many times it shows a high battery like 80% when I'm fatigued and don't feel any energy. It'll tell me I'm doing good when I feel awful. Maybe it's just not accurate for someone with chronic illness but it has not helped me with pacing or anything.

Best App
This is the best health app I’ve come across, and I’ve tried plenty of them. I love how in depth things are broken down allowing me to see what I’m doing right/wrong and suggestions for improvement. The app is costly, yes, but sometimes you get what you pay for. That is definitely the case here.

Apparently, I’ve been using this app for 10 years and it’s been a valuable tool the entire time!!!
I have several chronic conditions and My body isn’t often forthright with what’s happening. But the internals don’t lie and Welltory helps me see the “cracks” when symptoms I can feel aren’t registering.

I wish they allowed month to month plans. Some of us can’t afford to pay a whole year at once.

My watch doesn’t always hold its charge to sleep in and I wear a colmi ring. I wish it would share data with it.

Great App, but Way Too Many Upselling Ads
The app itself is great, but I’m really disappointed with the constant upselling. I’ve already paid for the app, yet every time I open the home page, I’m still bombarded with ads asking me to pay for more. It’s extremely annoying and makes the whole experience feel more like a multi-level marketing scheme than a paid app.

Great data, pricey insights
Great app full of insightful data. Cost is very expensive though, even with the offered discount,which means you miss out on a lot if you don’t cough up the money.
Great 5* app but PLEASE stop with the Lifestime Sub Ads!
I’m a hairs-breadth away from deleting the app even though I have an annual subscription because I’m sick of adverts for converting to a lifetime subscription getting in the way. It’s incessant. STOP!
Good but…
I wish that if you are already subscribed you wouldn’t get constantly pelted with JOIN NOW popups. That’s weird and desperate… bad form. And if you subscribe there needs to be an email or some sort of comms to show you purchased and when you cancel, the same. That’s just basic good business practices. The looseness around responsibility for customer records and the aggressiveness for customers to join join join spend spend spend! at these gargantuan prices is the single most aggravating aspect about Welltory. It’s hard to concentrate on enjoying the app fully and it was not always like this.
Update: In response to the developer reply in my email - the following is from a Welltory rep in app chat 2 weeks ago when I first asked about email confirmation:
“About email: for subscriptions purchased on the website, we send emails for successful payments and refunds, but not for cancellations - so it's normal that you didn't get a cancellation email.
In the app, the subscription indicator will just show that you're Premium until the end of the paid period and then revert to free - it doesn't show a specific "done date" label for web subscriptions.”
I wouldn’t just say this in a review just to be saying it. If I had received confirmation emails, I’d have nothing to reach out about in that regard. And that certainly would not have been their response. It’s still in my Welltory chat and I have the screenshot of the convo. Happy to share it in its entirety if need be. Thanks.
