Accurate and Helpful
I’ve been using this app for the past week and the way it monitors my heart rate and sleep patterns is actually amazing. I figured this app was accurate when i used the app after playing a soccer game, it showed how my heart rate increased and then how it gradually decreases as i rest. Very helpful way to making sure i am healthy!!

Great for active people!
I am very active in the gym and like to get any statistics I can on my body. I use this as a tool for data my fitness trackers can’t track, like HRV and stress levels. It’s part of my morning routine to make sure my body is performing. I recommend this to all my gym friends!

Great Tool For Tracking HRV

I’m impressed with the amount of metrics and accuracy compared to my wearable monitor. For the price and convenience, I’ve switched to this app as my daily health monitor.
Spot on!
At first was very doubtful about the app….but I am literally in shock!! It’s absolutely spot on within the ranges I fall in and also compared to my FDA approved devices at home…blood pressure , oxygen sat and O2 were 95/100 matching !!!!! Been using for a few months.
Inaccurate
I think the only thing is that gets right as your pulse if it’s lucky. There’s no way to measure your blood pressure or your O2 sat or anything else I compared it to ones that I know I’ve validated and this one’s not even remotely close.
PROMISING!! But…
Update: I don’t think you can trust any numbers that come from this. It was getting my heart rate approximately correct but now it’s very significantly off. It’s still always displays pulse oxygen as 98% generally speaking and I know that isn’t right. I really really really want this app to work, but at the moment, don’t trust it and I hate to say that I really hate saying that. If the developer has any suggestions, I am open to hearing them.
I love his app, but I’ve devoted quite a bit of time checking accuracy… line the O2 sat… was ALWAYS BE 98, and now it’s -1. So, this seems like an early beta… let us know what the trusted readings are and the ones that are not ready? Anyway, great app if they manage to get make it pull decent numbers for the tests on the menu. If they charge me when my trial is up, I’m gone, but I’ll remain a beta tester if you’ll keep me. Would LOVE TO SEE pretty accurate results from the categories you have listed. Like a Theranos that works.

This app has such a clean and user friendly interface, makes it so simple for anyone to use. Also, it has so many health parameters that it monitors all in one place. My goal is to get a 10/10 wellness score and this keeps me motivated!
