Great Gym Software / Best Price
I reviewed and demo’d 8 different software applications before we opened our new fitness center. For the features, all in one solution and price, Wellyx is absolutely the best offering out there. Ours is a smaller gym (80-120 members) and we are not using it for multiple locations. By far the best part of the company is their responsiveness and their customer service. I have had my questions answered almost immediately and they have always taken the time to make sure they answer completely and even tested the system when I had issues, to ensure it was working correctly. — My absolute favorite part of the offering though, is the all in one door entry access controls. Light years above the card or key fob days (although you can use those too if you want). We use the Wellyx door reader that allows our users to open the door with their smartphone, right from the Wellyx app. It is an all-in-one solution instead of trying to piece together difficult to integrate solutions and the door hardware and app have worked flawlessly! Our members sign up for their membership from the app, add their pay info, sign their forms and enter the facility all right from the app. Absolutely amazing! We use a QR code for users to access our version of Wellyx and we really don’t even have to be present for them to sign up. It is all self serve. Once we approve it and flip a toggle on the app to turn on their access, they can immediately enter the facility. Oh, and by far the lowest priced software on the market. Definitely the biggest bang for the buck. Great software and great people!
