great idea, thoughtful design, but incredibly glitchy!
has to constantly reconnect to spotify and have trouble editing without restarting app over and over again.. frustrating bc it’s such a great design otherwise!

Paid Subscription with terrible customer service and hella glitches
I’ve been a paid member for a year now and this app glitches. I’ve sent emails with no response back and no updates to resolve any of the issues I’ve mentioned.
I’m writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration with the repeated technical issues I’ve experienced with the Struct Club app—specifically during live class time, when reliability matters most.
The primary reason I originally canceled my subscription was because the app consistently failed during my classes. When I attempted to use the free version as an alternative, it also did not work, which ultimately led me to resubscribe in good faith, hoping the issues had been resolved.
Unfortunately, today (and several classes after) confirmed that the problems are ongoing.
During class, several rides would not play at all. At another point, the app became completely stuck. While the music continued to play, none of the choreography appeared on the screen, making it impossible to properly teach or follow the class. This occurred at critical moments during instruction and disrupted the overall experience.
As a professional instructor, I rely on this app to function as advertised—especially during live sessions. When it does not, it directly impacts my ability to do my job and deliver value to my participants.
I’ve attached screenshots with timestamps to document these issues as they occurred in real time.
Given the repeated nature of these failures, the fact that they occur during the most important moments of use, and that I re-subscribed after already canceling due to similar problems, I believe compensation is warranted. At minimum, I am requesting a refund or account credit for the impacted period.
I would appreciate a timely response outlining how this will be resolved and what steps are being taken to prevent these disruptions moving forward.

Frustrated
I love this app but there definitely needs to be an update to keep this app from glitches. I’ve lost edits, and sometimes have to restart the app in class because of app issues. This is beyond frustrating. I just lost an hour worth of edits to my plan due to this stupid app glitches. Uuuugggggghhhhhh!

thoughtful design but so many bugs
I want to love this app but it can be so hard to use. You constantly have to close and reopen spotify and sometimes have trouble loading your music altogether. It’s a bummer you can’t pull in local files from Spotify too but not a dealbreaker. I still use the app because I haven’t found anything better on the market for choreographing spin classes, but the ux is incredibly frustrating most of the time.
