App keeps crashing nonstop
App is not even useable after the update. Total rubbish!
Disappointing
I downloaded the app and excited to use as they have so many offers for 1st time order. After successfully ordered and paid the app suddently shows that I am unpaid. I spoke with chat support and they said it is unpaid and just cancel my order even if I send them screenshots about my bank deduction, order placement from app with reference number. I spoke with my bank as I already received a deduction SMS and bank confirmed I successfully placed the order and got deducted on my account. Wemart support still saying they didnt get the payment and check again with my bank. A very frustrating and disappointing experience. WeMart support also speaks chinese in the middle of our conversation which is very unprofessional. I just need my money back, please refund my money and I will never ever order and use this app. The trauma and the stress are not worth it. I am begging you WeMart please return my money.

At first, I wasn’t too sure about this app since it looked more like a Chinese shopping app, and I thought it might be complicated… but to my surprise, it’s actually SO easy & fun to use! 🎉 Everything is super smooth—browsing, adding to cart, using coupons, and placing orders, all without any hassle.
The variety is amazing!! Snacks, drinks, fresh food, instant meals—literally an Asian food heaven 😍. And the welcome coupons & discounts when I first joined? SUCH a nice surprise! 🥳 Delivery is fast all over Dubai too. Definitely my new go-to for Asian groceries!
