Very counterintuitive but worked in the end

Plugged in and followed instructions but it never got beyond the preparing stage. Unplugged and got a message I had been charged €11 for nothing. However, tried again and this time had a successful and quick charge and I was only charged for what I received. However, it could have been simpler and worked straight off.

Across our network in Spain and the UK, we offer a wide range of charging powers—from AC to rapid and ultra-rapid DC—to suit different needs. App setup

Took a lot longer than other apps to setup and start charging, was able to set up accout through apple pay this was good and would of been great if i could of just added payment from there, had to find my card it took 3 attempt to register in the freezing cold. Also would be good at that price if you took Amex

Very frustrating

Terrible app. I’ve spent two days at the Hyatt Regency Madrid parking lot trying to charge my car and it’s absolutely impossible. Error, plus error, plus error. Tried everything. Even customer service and nothing. I’m recommending the Hotel to change the company brand. Hope they listen.

Doesn’t work at all

Managed to download the app and registered. Then added my vehicle info and also payment methods. After all, it can’t identify the charger in the carpark we were in. Totally useless. Waste of time and money.

I was an early user but there were some issues and I wasn’t so reliable, but now Wenea have definitely upped their game. Easy and couple of hours you have 100 miles. Keep up the good work.

Failed!

I have successfully used this app a couple of times to charge my car at the same unit in Spain. On the most recent occasion all seemed well…the app took €25/ £20 off my registered card, but then failed to register the charge session, or refund the balance…it was only a top up session. There is no one available to assist in Spain over the weekend! Not happy…moving on to Iberderola stations….which are also much cheaper.

Surprised by all the negative reviews. Created my account and profile, added payment methods easily. Selected how many KWh I wanted to charge and it shows the price up front which I like. Really easy and smooth process. Recommend!

Makes charging so much easier!

This app has made it so much easier to charge my car. After registering it I can just plug it in and it will immediately start charging!

really handy

I visit Devon quite often and these chargers are everywhere. They are in the best locations and the app is super useful, especially the fact that I can plug in and it will start charger without having to tap my card!

At first I was a but confused on how to charge, but after I contacted the customer service team they were really helpful and explained how to charge my car.

Great customer service

I had a few problems at first with the Exchange Street charger, but once I contacted the customer service team, they managed to start the charge almost straight away! Will definitely charge with Wenea again.

Poorly implemented location

I just used a charger in the Westfield Glories shopping center in Barcelona. The app seemed to work ok but there is not sufficient mobile reception where the charger is to allow the app to function. I had to go up a level to get the app to work. Then I had to start the charge in the app and run back down a level to connect the car and start the charge. Then while the charge was happening the app was giving me a message that the charge failed and would have like to try again or cancel. In the end the car did charge properly and my credit card was billed but I can imagine most people wouldn’t bother.
