Sign in error
Fix your stupid app and leave it alone or delete it. I’m tired of using facial recognition to try and sign in and all it does is take me back to the log in page and then tells me wrong information every time y’all update you get these stupid little bugs. Like do y’all not test updates before rolling out or do y’all just not give a damn!?

Locked in portrait mode on iPad.
Please enable landscape mode on iPad so I can use the Weokie app with my keyboard/touchpad. Until then, the app is unusable.
Worst banking app I use
The app always logs me out. Never remembers my login info and never keeps faceID enabled. I waste so much time logging in and resetting faceID. None of my other apps do this and I makes me want to leave this bank due to their poor technology providers. Just pay more money for better partners.
Check deposit on app doesn’t work
Everytime I try to take a picture of my check, the app force quits and signs me out.
Needs work
The app doesn’t want to let you use your face without extra steps same with username password. I have say no to switch user every time. Pages are loading very slowly if at all. This app seems like it has some major lagging. I was trying to do a transfer and it stayed on a blank page for 2 minutes so I tried another way still nothing on the page after another 2 minutes.

I attempted to open an account online, I provided the information they asked for. Then I’m told I need to send my auto insurance policy which I did now that’s not good enough.
My co-worker who’s caucasian signed up at the same time sent in the same information I originally sent and he got accepted , but I get the run around.
They treating me like I’m being dishonest and they didn’t treat my co-worker same way and he a dope head.
Stay away from this credit union if you black do your business with someone who will appreciate your business

You’d think a bank would have a better, secure app
I’ve had this app for years and not once has Face ID worked. I’d assume a bank would ensure the safest login features were enabled. Not sure why Face ID is offered on the app, as most reviews here say it doesn’t work.
Good luck if you want to see any reports or history, because you won’t find it. The statements button takes you out of the app, and mine has never had any statements or tax documents available.
In summary, it’s just a very disappointing, somewhat unsecure app.

App failure
This app is probably the most difficult and frustrating app I have used! Every time I try to open, a window appears that tells me it can not verify my credentials. After changing my password and finally able to log in, when trying to deposit a check, I get logged out and told my session has expired. Back to square 1! After talking to a supervisor at a location, I was told to try it again and if it does not work, I will have to come in to the location to make the deposit. Frustrating!

Terrible!
I have had this app for a very long time. It had its flaws always locking me out which was so annoying but now I can’t even do a mobile deposit or change anything on my account without it saying “your session has expired”!!!!
It can be 12 to maybe 20 seconds max amount of time passing and nope the session has once again EXPIRED!!!!! Fix your APP!!!!!

Needs Update
Session expires after 2 minutes every time even when I’m in the middle of doing something like a deposit…
Buggy banking app
So within the app there’s no way to report any bugs directly to Weokie so you have to end up going back to the App Store and reporting them there by leaving a review The app is buggy when going from just the basic accounts tab to the transfer tab. If you click one and then the other and then back to the account it hangs and stalls to the point you have to close the app and re-open and re-login again, just to see the result of your transfer in your accounts page.

This app just loves to lock people out doesn’t it? Not a good characteristic for an app used by a bank or credit union. I just love trying to handle my finances and all of a sudden there is an error every time I login with the user name and password I haven’t changed. Weokie, fix this aspect of the user experience on you app. Its literally the first things customers need to do. If it continues to give customers fits and they can’t access their account, why should they stay with Weokie?

I am really happy with Weokie credit Union. I am definitely not happy with the app. The mobile deposit feature works maybe 1/4 of the time.

Love Weokie Federal Credit Union, but hate their app
This app is just a huge problem all around. It takes me several times of trying to log in just to stay logged into the app long enough to check my balance. I also have Face ID set up and that only works to get you logged in for a split second then logs you right back out once it tells you there are no accounts to display. It’s really annoying because my credit card through weokie is connected to the app as well and sometimes I want to make a payment without issues. Bottom line, it will keep kicking you out prematurely. You’re better off using the weokie website over the app to be honest. I love weokie as a credit union overall but I do NOT love this app. It needs some work or bug fixes. Something.
