I like the new app it’s fine, but it will NOT remember my password or Face ID so I have to sign in every single time and it’s extremely annoying. Hopefully it’s just a bug and can be fixed
Missing most important feature
This new version of the MidFirst Bank app is missing one of the most important features of a bank app. The previous app would send you notifications when purchases were made with the card/account. This is how I found out my card became fraudulent and I was able to contact Midfirst about the charges. It has been over a year and the app still doesn’t have this feature, why? I’ve had fraudulent charges on my account that the bank had to investigate and discovered the charges were fraud. This simple feature should have been placed back in the new version by now. When will this be added?

Never loads and causes big issues
This app is always struggling to load or having errors. Recently it gave me an error message after making a credit card payment so I went back to resubmit and it told me successful but then a few days later I found out it actually took both payments so instead of my $3,000 payment it took $6,000 dollars even though my credit limit was only $3,5000. Then I had to wait 14 days for the funds to be returned. SO FRUSTRATING!!!! This app is literally always struggling to load and it’s sometimes impossible to even just log in. Do better Mid First!
