Password reset doesn’t work

I made a new password that meets all the criteria but it doesn’t work and allow me to submit it… seems like an oversight

My favorite bank

Good Security Check

Banking

Please remove the ads in the app it is very distracting.

Slow

The app is slow and seems to regularly have issues

App refuses to open

Always goes to error, will not open and I cannot access my money when I'm out of state and need assistance. Constantly logs me out. Can't even show banking info like acc and routing number. I'll be pulling my entire account out of this institution soon.

Horrible layout

This is generally one of the worst banking apps I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. For a bank that is a big as MidFirst It’s embarrassing how bad their app is. One could only aspire to design an app this bad.

Great app, Great Bank!

I’m loving some of the features in the new app including the ability to enable/disable my cards and the vendor icons displayed on my transaction history.

No transaction notification options

For a traditional bank, I expected more out of this Midfirst app. I think even some credit union apps are better than this one. Aside from the clunky user interface, my primary complaint is among all the notification settings, there’s no option to get notifications for any sort of withdrawal transactions beyond an internal transfer.

I like the new app it’s fine, but it will NOT remember my password or Face ID so I have to sign in every single time and it’s extremely annoying. Hopefully it’s just a bug and can be fixed. IT STILL DOING THIS MONTHS LATER. It’s getting old

Local banking

It’s always been a local bank I used and I’m glad they updated the app. It is very easy to use!

Auth Bug

Every time I open the app I’m staring at the logo with no state change. The app appears to be frozen - almost like a boot loop that never ends. The only solution for me is to delete the app and redownload it to progress to the login page. It works for a while, progressing to the login page and then weeks later the same issue. I’ve been able to recreate this issue on two generations of iPhones. It’s such a bad UX that it quite almost literally be a reason I switch banks.

Transferring from one account to another.

The ability to transfer from one account to another immediately, makes it difficult for someone who has access to your account for a short time to deplete your funds.

Super easy. Massive improvement over the older app

Love how easy it is to transfer and get support when I need it. The older app was buggy and I’m glad they fixed it

MidFirst Accounts

MidFirst is an excellent financial organization

Terrible

App glitches so much. Either Face ID doesn’t even show up or it won’t show my balance.

Missing most important feature

This new version of the MidFirst Bank app is missing one of the most important features of a bank app. The previous app would send you notifications when purchases were made with the card/account. This is how I found out my card became fraudulent and I was able to contact Midfirst about the charges. It has been over a year and the app still doesn’t have this feature, why? I’ve had fraudulent charges on my account that the bank had to investigate and discovered the charges were fraud. This simple feature should have been placed back in the new version by now. When will this be added?
