Genuinely the worst app I’ve ever used in my life
-50/10 app. Enough said. It truly couldn’t be worse to use and fails me 5-10 times a day. Horrible.
Horrible app
By far the worst banking app on the planet. Makes me want to stop banking there. Never works like it’s supposed to. 2026 and this is the best we can do? Invalid tokens nearly 99% of the time. I hate dealing with it.
Great customer service HORRIBLE APP
Customer service in person and on the phone is great! The app, in particular the business app, is a nightmare to use. Just logging in is a whole process. Once you’re in, it’s a struggle as well. Hoping they work on making the app more user friendly.
Worst transition ever
