Terrible, don’t recommend.
This is my first time writing a review for any product, but I felt like I had to after the horrible experiences I’ve had.
First, the pricing like everyone else said is very expensive. Second of all, I attempted to print out my Google slides, but despite adjusting the landscape setting, the pages always came flipped on the short side making the pages unusable. I checked all the settings but found no option to change this. Why this is the default unchangeable option is beyond me, since this format is incompatible with stapling pages together or creating mini booklets, and is generally inconvenient to read when trying to keep your pages in an organized format. (Unless you’re stapling from the top, but personally I find that pretty cursed). Please add a setting to change this!

horrible
not convenient at all and unnecessarily confusing process
The worst part of college
I don’t write reviews. I’m writing this one because this app is genuinely so horribly designed it actually makes me mad every time I use it. The app is so clunky to actually use to print things on, works terribly both in the app and on the printer itself.
Not easy of convenient
I had to use wepa print today and I was unable to print my document. I arrived at the on campus library 30 minutes before my class; that should be enough time to print my document, right? For some reason I could not find my document even though I had saved it multiple times in Google drive and in my iPhone “files”. After a frustrating 15 minutes, I received assistance from the library staff in my efforts to print but not even they could figure out what was wrong with the Wepa app. Mind you, they have used this app to print every document for the whole semester in the library so they are experts in navigating the app. So truly it was a “glitch” in the system and I was unable to print my document. Judging by the countless one star reviews I am not the only one who has had problems with this app and it’s something that should be taken more seriously. If I wasn’t able to go to my other professor and have him do me a solid and print the documents for me I would have gotten a zero on a project that I worked so hard on. That would’ve tanked my grade and I would have to retake the class. So the ramifications of this app not working is serious.

Can’t hate it too much since it gets the job done. Most of the time I think it’s the printer at my school that’s buggy but overall I like it.

Scammers. There is no one on earth who wants to use your platform. Everyone is college students being forced to. You don’t deserve any success.

Mandatory Funds
They MAKE you put like 10 or 15 bucks to even USE the app or the printers! And you can’t even take the extra money out. So you are stuck with paying 10 dollars if you want to print a couple of things. The money also expires! How is that possible? Highway robbery. Don’t recommend.
$5 Minimum for Balance
I’m trying to print one or two pages here or there, which are about 15 cents each where I’m at school. I expect to pay with my credit card, or apple pay, whatever may be. Unfortunately, it’s “load your balance with a minimum of $5 on Wepa” or pay an extra 50 cent fee to use a card…. On top of the extra 5 min it takes for the printer to load, to log in, to accept payment, etc..

Excruciating to Use
Extremely limited options to get the files you want to print. If your Google Drive has any sort of problem connecting to the Wepa app, you’re screwed and can’t print at the university you’re paying to attend. Going to lobby my school to cut all ties with Wepa, hard.

Expensive and Hard to Use
Printing is so so expensive and also is very frustrating at times. For me plugging my laptop in the machine just doesn’t work even with the help of a technician.
Truly horrific
My college implemented this system for some reason recently and it now takes 20 mins to print anything if ur lucky with the least user friendly and effective interface possible and you have to pay to print stuff… seriously why is my tuition paying for ?
