The app requires a mobile phone number. Alas, the validity check for US phone numbers is incorrect. It complains about not providing a valid number.
I lost my balance!
I charged 200 riyals and I used only 60 riyals of it. After a few months, I found my balance be zero. I submitted complaint but there is no answer.

No point downloading unless you have a Qatari phone number as you cannot activate / unlock any scooters
Provide live tracking of the bike
The app and the service is very good but I wanted to track where my kid is in the park where he went on a ride. Was surprised I couldn’t track him.

No ride sharing option and expensive package
minimum 30GBP to unlock and no option to scan more than one scooter.
Not worth the money
You only can use their scooter using the wallet and the lowest option is 150Qr when i was in qatar not only that you can’t use the scooter in many areas and I didn’t realize that until i paid the 150Qr minimum. Worst decision i make, they refuse to refund saying it’s a non-refundable amount.
