They need to have more genuine times and there routing system gets Annoying and they restrict people on the app when they miss or cancel a ride to find a different one. They need better cars.some seats are so uncomfortable.As a high school student that takes these they are not always reliable and they need to add Tolleson into there system it’s not even that big.

Great first experience with We Ride! The ride was smooth, Char (my driver) was professional and friendly, and everything felt safe. The app was well organized that I’ll definitely be using We Ride again.

My kids are safe
2nd year using WeRide for my teens to get to school. My daughter even has her favorite driver!! Only thing I don’t like is the change this year where they’ve blocked 7am-8am o the route so my daughter has no choice to get to school almost an hour ahead of time, sitting outside of the gate at her school.

SWEET RIDE
Grate ride service they offer cold drinks and sometimes some stickers. Vary nice and polite vary friendly along the ride as tell as respect privacy. Vary adorable and easy to get.
Why did I wait so long?!!?!!
I’ve been taking a Lyft to my mechanic repeatedly for a car that is always breaking down. I kept meaning to try out WeRide and finally did. It was awesome! Driver was great and so were the passengers. Why did I wait so long to try it?!??!

WeRIDE is a life saver! I'm sure this is true for plenty of Surprise AZ residents who actually knew this service was even available. Living in Surprise is pretty good, however it could be Very Great living in Surprise if we had reliable and affordable transportation. For years living here I always had a vehicle and was oblivious to the issue, but when I lost my vehicle, I learned very quickly. There's no way to get around unless your paying for a Lyft or Uber which is expensive, at times very expensive borderline not affordable. WeRIDE was awesome $2 and can get you all around I wish more of Surprise was also included but at least we had something. It's just unacceptable and very frustrating that the city has decided to stop this service at the end of June 2025. We need to fight to get WeRIDE back!!

Microtransit Rocks!
Goodyear has had this service for 2 years and it just keeps getting better. The app is easy to use, the tracking is on point, drivers are professional and the shuttles are shiney! Glad it’s here, hope it continues to grow and support public transit in our area!

I think we arrive for the services in the genius that came up with this idea. I am a single mom of six kids. I don’t have a vehicle due to me having to make sure we have a home and other things we write has given me hope on that lost it not being able to get around and with all the rideshare’s raising their prices I literally have to walk almost an hour to get to some stores that we desperately need from grocery stores to pharmacies as well as doctor appointments until Monday. I’m seeing this pretty colored van and looked it up. I thought it was only for elderly or disabled people know you pay two dollars in some cases if you wait you can pay only a $.00, thank you coming from a very appreciated person we thank you from hearts🫶🏽

Excellent service, wonderful people
On time, super easy to navigate on the app, friendly drivers who go above and beyond especially for me as I am in a wheelchair. Love this service as I am unable to drive since my car accident that left me paralyzed.
Traveled with service dog
As someone who normally drives. I had to take we ride with my service dog. It by far was an amazing trip. Chris, the driver, open the door for me and made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions. And for students it’s only a dollar one way . two dollars if you’re not a student . cheaper than gas and less stress . my service dog fit comfortably in the minivan .
