We have been camping for a long time. This is our first camper with technology.
I really like doing this from my phone very cool. I’m still trying to figure out the fifth wheel with the automatic leveling. And being able to hitch back up to the truck by pushing one button, but I’ll get it figured out. Don’t know how I lived so long without this. Our last camper was a travel trailer Holiday rambler presidential model. I think it was built more solid.

Increasingly more invasive.
Every update was worse than the last. Connections become increasingly unreliable, app started requiring my location to work and now after this last update it requires my campers VIN, make, and model. I’ve been using this app for over two years without issue. You do not need my location, you do not need my email, my phone number, or my camper’s details. Im curious how long until this becomes a subscription model?? I’ll find another product that can do this without any of the over reach.

Nice App
I really like this app. I can turn on/off some of the interior and exterior lights without having to get out of my chair. I can keep an eye on the water and waste tanks without having to look at the physical inside control panel. I would like a faster connection to the trailer when opening the app. Also, it would be nice to have the ability to control dimming of the lights from the app.

Wont connect.
Won’t connect. When you try it can’t find your camper. Drops the Bluetooth.
Do they use their own products?
The app requires logging in and an internet connection to use. Completely unnecessary and making the app useless if you are, you know, getting away from it all in your camper.

One of your developers needs to revert the changes made back and start over!! Clearly they broke your app because it does not work at all!!
Needs work
Will not get past putting in RV information unless you go into airplane mode before starting the app. Once started you can get out of airplane mode. Why not fix this bug?!
STILL doesn’t recognize 2026 models
Still can’t enter my 2026 Rockwood Muni Lite 2523MBR as a model so I can access model specific information.

Brand new camper purchase. Downloaded the app. Entered all my info including VIN number, and it keeps flashing an error message at me. No remedy. Fix this? Please?
Bad update
Forcing me to log in with Internet service in a camper designed for boondocking often with no service is maddening. Why do I have to log in all the time to lights and a water pump on and off?
WeRv app
Old one works 100% better, new version is garbage, bring back old version or fix the new one! Takes forever to link and half the time logs you out. Layout is worst than older version, not happy at all with latest version!

Why do I have to take 5 minutes to log in every day just to turn my lights on and off?
Needs more
This app is a great concept, but it constantly logs me out even after setting a pin, and takes forever to connect with the Bluetooth. Please make it work with facial recognition on the iPhone.

Why does the app need my vin, make,model,and floorplan EVERY time I try to use the app??? Why doesn’t it auto connect as soon as I open the app and the trailer/gateway is in range (after the initial login where I setup all the details)? I can do everything from the control panel in the time it takes to login with the app. Very sad.

New Login process is terrible
The new update requires you to sign in, which has caused a lot of issues trying to use the features. Before, you just connected via Bluetooth and never had any issues. Now.. I have to have a signal and for some reason, it keeps logging me out. It’s very frustrating.
Glitchy
App crashes constantly. Even just reregistering in latest update I had to navigate around the app to get the RV information loaded. Would be a useful app if it was stable
Why do you change something that works well?
Now the master control light switch will be in off position and all the lights still on, when app starts. Then you switch it on and lights go off. Then if you toggle it a few times, it will finally stay in off position with lights off. Before when you opened app if you had lights on, you could touch, all off and all went off.
