Client services lied, twice about fixing my card which was restricted. I have not seen a business get worse with services, except for wesbanco over the years.

WesBanco is an excellent community bank and their service is top notch. The LaPlata MD branch is always so helpful and the staff is friendly. I find the online banker is user friendly and easy to follow.

I think there should be an option to send a verification code to your email. It is very frustrating being overseas with a new number and having to go through a whole process. Thank you
Weak app
They should’ve left the app alone this new one is trash. Can’t transfer between accounts can’t see all your accounts gotta call to do anything. Can’t see new balance on each transaction. Thumbs down
