Periodically signs me out and deletes all downloads
Every two weeks or so I lose everything I've downloaded
Extremely unprofessional
I’ve been using the app for two years. Out of nowhere access to audio material is gone. It now populates with my eBooks instead. Customer support offers no solutions besides, 1) making me prove I’m not crazy and, 2) telling me to try signing in & out and uninstall/reinstall. After this, they ghosted me. This is extremely unprofessional. Next steps is to report it to my school so that they can address it.

Need more selections
I love the audio lectures here but the selection needs to be much wider.
Issues and No Support
I’ve been using this app for three years. Recently, two tracks refused to download. I contacted support and they told me to delete the app and reinstall it. I did that, and now the app says Incorrect Password and won’t let me log in. I can log in on a browser, so I know the issue isn’t correct. I replied to support again and have gotten no response. I wish I had not listened to the initial support, because being able to access my entire library minus two tracks is preferable to not being able to log in and access anything at all.

Issues Left and Right
This app has tons of issues. Not the least of which is the fact that it won’t download or play anything. Awful app. Another horrendous product brought to you by the lazy team at West.
Update needed
App will not let me login.
Can’t download anymore
Please fix the fact that I can’t download stuff on your platform anymore despite have tons of other downloaded material.
Great
Please add sleep timer.
Audio plus reading
What happened to the reading in addition to the audio option in the bottom left
Sort Downloads
Works great. If you could sort your library by downloaded audios that would be nice. Much easier to pick chapters when you only want to listen to certain ones.
One thing missing
Everything is great, just wish you could stream instead of having to download files
Doesn’t keep track of where you are in the track
The app loses my place nearly every time I reopen the app, something that every other listening app has managed to get right. It is nice having all of the audio options in one place though, and not needing to go back and forth to the website.
The Wait Is Over!!!
So happy that West finally made their audio resources more accessible for on the go listening with this new app. No more searching the website and adding resources to my library through the browser. Now I can search the library and download resources all within the app.
[ignore this pgh, see developer response below] The biggest issue with the app that I’ve seen so far is you can’t select tracks to delete. The only way to make space on your device is to delete all the tracks you’ve downloaded. There’s no reason you shouldn’t be able to select specific tracks, or at least specific publications, to delete like you can on every other audio app I’m familiar with. I think this was even possible with the previous version of this very app. This is the reason I rated this app four stars instead of five. [updated review to five stars because this was not actually an issue.] Hopefully this is high on the list of things to fix in future versions.
Other than that, the app seems to work great. Downloading resources seems much smoother and faster than in the old app. I also don’t recall the old app offering variable speed, so I love that the new app allows you to increase speed in 25% increments up to double speed (and reduce the speed too if that’s your thing).
If you haven’t used West’s audio resources before, they are a great way to get perspective on your law school courses while you’re doing other things like commuting. I am constantly recommending these audio resources to my classmates and now that they are easier to access, I’ll feel even better about doing so.
Please keep supporting and improving this app West!!!

To developer: Thanks for the response! So glad to see that tracks and collections are easily deletable! I love this functionality now that I know that it exists and I think that it’s good that it’s slightly hidden so you’re not accidentally pressing delete all the time. And I’m guessing it will be obvious to most iPhone users to swipe left to delete individual tracks like in other apps.
