Keep up the good work
I enjoy the app and find it very helpful. Though i am a little dissatisfied that when looking through your statement/transactions, it doesn’t show up green for credits. I did appreciate that. I would even appreciate it more if it showed up green for credits and red for debits. Easier to see and weird since the credits are no longer green.

This app is pitiful! Always down! Nothing wrong with the one we had before. I hate this app! They wanted us to do our banking online now I can’t even log in to see my balance etc. PLEASE DO SOMETHING! We need help with this!!!! Carrollton AL
It never works when you need it.
This app shows more errors and won’t log in more times than it actually works. It’s literally every other day here lately. What’s the point of having an app that doesn’t work.

We’ve been West Alabama Bank customers for about 40 years. They’re the most helpful and friendly bank around!!
Needs improvement
The app times out a lot! Most of the time I can even sign in. Some updates really need to be done.
More futures
The app works good but there can be more, like have alerts when money is deposited into you account. Also when you take a picture of you check we shouldn’t have to wait until the next business day for it to deposit instead it can be deposit instantly, same goes with the ATM because money may need to be available at the time of deposit.

Hate how the transfer is set up
I hate how it only lets you transfer money to one account and won’t let you switch what accounts you want to transfer money too.
Still times out
App times out A LOT since last update. Have to close and reopen app about every 3rd use and sometimes more often to get logged in. Customer service advised looking for updates that may be “out there”. No clue what that means and app still crashes. Previous version worked virtually flawlessly.

This is the perfect banking app. Simple, clean interface and very user-friendly.

Finally a WABT App
Nice to have the ability to quickly check your balance and get transaction details. However, it would be nice to actually see checks rather than just a check number.
